I haven't watched in a few weeks (I have been very sick in the hospital). This morning I see that there are babies moving from the 'nursery' to the littles field and they're becoming a little! How exciting! I also see that there's new babies!! Carl and Copper!!! Lots has changed!

I notice feed time is much calmer and everyone can eat in peace without Ringo claiming all the food for himself. Consider feeding Ringo separately on a permanent basis it may even help him with his weight issue.
@Heaven Hope that’s not necessarily true, although neutered males don’t have the testosterone as unaltered bully goats , it doesn’t necessarily affect their weight given they get enough exercise, which it seems to go gets around alright . He’s also an older billy goat and everyone has a little less metabolism in their later years 🐐
I was thinking that too!! I wonder if he could hook up those “scratching rolls” (like they stick into the ground) ONTO the fence gate itself and maybe it will make it MORE of a better scratching post for the goats??
The pasture is so calm and peaceful! The babies should love that and it is much safer for them. They love having you home with them. Copper is funny…..waiting for oatmeal 😂. Watching Carl is exciting…that wagging tail blew my mind!

If you feed Carl out of one colour of bucket yellow, Blue whatever he will learn to come when you shake that bucket even if he's on the far side of the pasture once it's in his field of vision !
Apparently Ostriches can only kick front ways so it’s recommended to stay on the side or towards the back to prevent being kicked. This article was saying they never become “ friendly” but are more like geese in personality. As much as you guys know your animals please be careful

Our goats used to wait at the fence by the end of our driveway and wait for the bus to pick up and drop me off everyday from school. It started out with the cows, goats, geese, dogs and cats. I had my very own welcoming committee lol. Now that I have moved off the farm it’s my dogs, cats and kids. Not the same. Now my dogs patiently wait til my kids come home. They know exactly what time they should be home too. Animals are amazing!

I love how you talk to all of your animals and tell them things like Daddy loves you. I talk to my two kitties the same way. I will carry on one-sided conversations and I hope that they can understand me. I tell them mommy loves you. And when I go across the street I tell my daughters two cats and her great Pyrenees pup that Grammy loves them. Some people mighty think it's odd but I'm just like you in that respect.
I do the same thing to my cats. I have one in that talks back to me. We have conversations. It amazes my adult son. He called her a solid soul the other day! He can't get over all the different vocalizations she has. That's why we can have conversations. She has learned to recognize a lot of different words and I have learned the words she likes to hear.
Mine Talk back to me also! And cats are very smart! I take medication three times a day. They can be up in my bedroom asleep and I can very quietly Open my medbox for my pills for the day and they will hear me and come running down and sit and wait. Because they know when I take my pills they get a couple treats. And they know the difference when I say living room or upstairs. Whichever place I say, that is where they go. Wouldn't give them up for the world! Have a great day

There is a video that Lester put out very recently that Lola will NOT be a little ever. Lester is going to build an enclosure that will run the fence line to Petunia’s enclosure. So they can at least be “bunk buddies”. Even though Petunia will not be Lola’s partner.

Love those babies! Don't you wish you could stop them from growing up and keep them at the age they are right now? You guys have an awesome life and I would love to have a farm but hubby won't do it....I think he's afraid of farm type animals lol. He loves animals but he would die if he got chased by a goose, chicken, goat, etc lol I am a big kid at heart and I would be in heaven ❤ having a farm. God Blesx you all for taking all those sweet babies in and loving and giving them a great home. Love you all 🙂

Yep Lester it is tine for the three musketeers to become littles. Maybe putting Lola in with them may help her to become a little also. I'm so proud of you becoming much braver with being with Carl. He is such a happy ostrich and you can tell it by his actions. And No, just cause he shows up in the video doesn't mean it's about him. He's just sooo big, you can't ignore him, lol. It is really nice that they are altogether including Carl. They all look great together just eating and playing.
There is a video that Lester put out very recently that Lola will NOT be a little ever. Lester is going to build an enclosure that will run the fence line to Petunia’s enclosure. So they can at least be “bunk buddies”. Even though Petunia will not be Lola’s partner.

Carl is like my old dog. He would bite people who would fed him. Not on purpose. My son was the only one who could feed him and not get bit. Thanks for doing videos. I look forward to them.
