The @pushhfit CHALLENGE SERIES is now on. A chance for you to challenge yourself up against the @pushhfit athletes. JL doing the honours of kickin off Week 1 with the ultimate diaphragm crushing move otherwise know as KICKSITS.
It’s a no brainer that kicksits are one of my favourite movements to completely crush the diaphragm, boost that heart rate, build the lactic and challenge the head talk.
THE DRILL:
⏰ 30 SEC MAX KICKSITS
🔑 STANDARDS:
▪️Get that stop watch ready
Keep those hands planted on the ground (no lifting)
▪️Extend as far as you can with each kick
▪️Aim to get that hip as close to the ground as possible
▪️NOW SMASH THEM OUT & post your times below!
