Gonna be honest, if someone reacted like that to me telling them I'm trans, I'd castrate them. For future reference, being trans isn't an uwu thing. Asking Atsumu how he'd react if Sakusa were a girl and Atsumu saying "you were a girl" is transphobic. Sakusa isn't and was never a girl, so it wouldn't matter what Atsumu would think, and Sakusa wouldn't know what's it's like to be a girl. If your first thought about your ftm partner is whether or not you can impregnate them, you should probably reevaluate some things. Also, I highly doubt Sakusa would just have papers laying out in the open about how he was assigned female at birth. Reminders of a trans person's assigned gender at birth can be really dysphoria inducing.
