Hi Rob ,good to see you back on here and a speedy recovery. Got to stick with the 4 stroke mate. It always makes me smile when you tractor up the side of a mountain when all the 2 strokes are screaming and smoking away still down the bottom of the hill😂.
No way.. I'm actually in Thailand right now 🤣 thought because I can't ride I would come here to recover instead. But I have been ripping the mopeds about for shoulder testing purposes of course 🤣🤣

So glad to see you post bro hope you have a speedy recovery and geting back on the bike a think would bee good to se you stay on them 4/ t looking forword to the next video bro
thanks for update Marsh, really enjoy your videos. Looking forward to seeing you back on the bike. I’m one week post shoulder replacement right now myself. The inability to even “think” about riding in the near future is driving me nuts. Hope to be out on the trails in August.
That's crazy you've had one. And I can totally agree with you hense the time it's took to even make the video. But I would say after the 1month mark thinks we're noticeable getting better day by day. So chin up brother and keep me posted on your recovery. I think it would be nice to keep in contact
Hi Marsh! I’m happy for your shoulder replacement, big time! I work as an assistant nurse in the surgery room here in Sweden. I’ve been both assistant and scrub nurse assistant on many of same surgerys as that you’ve done. Cant believe why they didnt do this earlier if i may be honest. Never mind, now you got the good stuff in your shoulder, and i dont think you will have more pain, after the healing is done. Stick to the training your physioterapist suggested you to do… walking fingers up the wall and so on. I believe your motion range will be way better after this surgery, than the earlier two ones. I’m so happy for you, tho i dont know you 🙌🏼 Greets from Johan in Jönköping - Sweden 🤘🏼
hej tack så mycket 👌 You are a stronger man than I am. The surgery room is a brutal place and I'm not sure I would have the stomach for it 😂 To be fair this has always been an option but the plan was to leave it as long as bearable so in the future they will be able to do a couple more if needed. I would like to tha k you for doing what you do also everyone in this sport owes a great deal to the dedication of the hospital systems
If I was gonna go 2t it would have to be a real one not a fake one like the tpi ones if I did go. I'll go old school or still to the diesel tractor power 🦾
Rewatching this video on a wet evening for some motivation, I don't know how you coped with that injury over the years Rob 😭 I had a simple off 14 weeks ago that resulted in a few non displaced fractures in the ball at the top of my humerus, should have been 6 to 8 weeks in a sling and back to normal. But it's now thought as a result of the fractures I have adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) and I've pretty limited movement and strength in my right shoulder. Physio and endless exercises for now but progress has been 'painfully' slow. The medical staff have told me recovery could take a very long time and there's a fair chance I'll not get full movement back again. But watching this video gives me hope and it's my ambition to be back on the trails again in April 🤞🏻
I'm glad I can help buddy, it's always tough being broken and sometimes the outlook is bleak but trust me the sun will come out again and as soon as you get back on the bike all that touch times will be worth it
I don't know you from Adam but i truly hope it finally works out for you, such a long road - fingers crossed, BTW i say 4t - we who use them know why we recommend them
Thanks 👌 ye I do love my 4t I genuinely find it easier in places and I also love ruffling feather's in the hard enduro world because it's almost against the law to use a 4t 😂 but when im smoking them up the hills I love to see there cogs turning thinking 🤔 maybe there but that bad 😂
Cheers for making this vid Rob, sure like all the others who really enjoy your content I've spared many a thought for you in this recovery and getting back on the bike. What an incredible job these surgeons do and what they can do now is nuts! Keep getting better with your chin up and look forward to the next one. All the best......................4t or 2t question, got to be the smoothness of the 4 for the win?? Just maybe don't start with the brutes that are the 350+'s?
I know the things these surgeons can do is increasable. I've also chopped my thumb off like not attaching and they managed to reattach most of it and all the tiny nerves and it blew my mind. Thanks for watching it really means alot
Great to see a video from you and to add some insight to your injury how it happened etc. I love that you stick to your guns with the four stroke all the time and personally I see you as a four stroke guy. Legend as always 👍🏻
Great to hear your n the road to recovery, I had a mcl injury and surgury last year. Went back to riding on a Beta 350 RE, ended up flipping it, the flaming and hard to start issues drove me crazy, BUT the biggest issue was the 4T it was just too physically demanding on a hard ride, it took soooo much energy out of me, Id last 1/2 a day and be done.!! I went back to a 2T, but this time not a 300, I got a 250, soooo much better, not as aggressive as the 300 and not as physically demanding on the old body. Good luck mate, hope to see you back on a bine soon 👍
That's interesting as I find 2t tiring but super fun and the 4t more predictable and I last longer but the 2t is definitely lighter and when that band kicks in.. 💃 no better feeling 🤣
Thanks for watching, I've had a tm before I think I'd need another 2 shoulders after 🤣 faster bike out there so fun but so violent. Definitely a toxic relationship with loving it and being scared for my life whisky throttling my way around the track 🤣
I speak to Jordan Scott a far bit and he's pretty impressed with his and he seems to swap from the 300 2t to 4t then swing his leg over the 144 and be lightning so they must be pretty good bikes for someone to be on the sharp end on any cc
All the best for your recovery. You are still young and I think you will come back stronger. Your riding skills were even more impressive after hearing that story. Maybe a Beta 200 would be good for starters? At 51yrs old I'm thinking about going down to a 250 4 stroke just for the body. Stay strong, you have a lot of living and riding left.
Awesome video Marshy! Interesting to here what started it all , the ability you have on a bike is amazing considering that massive chunk of metal you’ve had in your shoulder really inspiring , I bet it’s a big relief to have it finally fixed ! Can’t wait to see some videos of you ripping with the boys again . Speedy recovery mate . FYI 4 strokes all the way !!!!! 😂😂😂 dam those beta’s look sweet 😍 All the way from Aus 🇦🇺🇦🇺 plenty of us over here watch yours and Midwest TH-cam all the best
It's mind blowing knowing that people like yourself are watching from all over the glob and somewhat does it justice to why I film and upload. We're all basically one big biking family. Even if I'm the black sheep on a 4t 😂
If like to say it's been easy but it hasn't been all smooth but this is my passion. I often get the "why do you still do it" and the truth is, if one day I wake up and don't have the passion I won't, but as it stands I'm not going to make myself give up anything I don't want to 🦾 and in all fairness the surgeon fully understands and is very supportive which I think is cool
@Motomarsh I feel for you man, I've broken my wrist and had tendon surgery and it's just not the same anymore. Always in pain but when I ride it goes away because I'm distracted. We'll always support those who support us! Keep at it man and the content is always great!
I wear out the sole on my left boot really fast also. I will only wear the Sidi boots now where I can replace the sole myself. I wonder if the injury to my left shoulder is the cause as well, although not as bad as your injury.
It's definitely a possibility, I genuinely only figured it out this year after so many years of doing it 🤣 I wish my hooves could fit into sidi's and the toejoe boots aren't very well built I've seen they don't last to long unfortunately
Man, I had a massive off a few weeks ago and am now selling my bikes as the risk far outweighs the reward. I am keen to keep following your journey and can't wait to see you back on the bike.. bbbrrrraaappppp
Sorry to hear mate hope you were ok! I’m new to this, been riding a year. Your post resonated. I’m constantly mentally balancing the risk side and I can’t square it away to be honest. I had a crash stupidly practicing hole shot starts of all things and it spooked me. I do worry I’ll knacker myself up such that it impacts work and my other stuff long term (I do filming and cinematography) but I enjoy it. I don’t know the answer, wish I did 😂. Sounds like you’ve made a good decision for you which is the main thing. My sister used to work as a horse groom for years and had a bad off at work and broke her back. She recovered fully and can walk thankfully but she jacked it in a few years after.
It is a risk reward sport but for me personally I think it's what sets it apart from the other sports, the highs are so high but with the territory comes the low lows but for me I'm just borderline obsessed and after an accident I go from "that's it, I'm done with it" then time ticks by and I start to recover and then my brain switches to "I can't wait to get back out riding"
I’m nowhere close to your skill being a new rider but I’ve just swapped from a 150tpi to an FE250 and bloody hell really like it. It feels a “small amount” heavier than the 150, slightly. So it would probably feel same or actually lighter than a 300 I’m guessing? I don’t know. It feels light anyway. It’s amazing, doesn’t try to pull your arms off yet sure someone could be as quick on it as anyone else except on say open fire roads. It’ll rev high too. To me it’s kind of got the benefits of my 150 being nimble but it has got some decent low end unlike the 150 which has hardly any. I know I’m picking it up off the floor far less. Maybe try one? I know folk sniff at them being a 250 4t but worth a try. You could always have it whist you’re getting your arm muscles and tendons back conditioned then if you decide it’s not enough flog it and get something else. I guess recovering enough to ride at all is the first stage then the second stage is probably a year whilst your body adjusts and builds back with the new shoulder. Not a time to rush and a perfect time to have a bike that’s kind to you whilst getting you back going. The big stuff come come back after, you’ll thank yourself for not rushing. Sorry ramble over. Best with the recovery.
The 250f is definitely underrated for adults but I do find them quite flat but this is more to do with being 100kg kitted up. 😂 I don't blame the bike for feeling flat trying to pull my fat ass about 😂 150s are probably the most fun on the market but in reality we all like to have an easy life and the bigger cc seems to get you out of trouble easily. That's mostly the reason for riding big bikes like the 390 and 350. The downfall is picking them up 😂
@@Motomarsh ha fair play 😄. Have to admit I’m now a bit of a 4 stroke convert. Massively, oh yeah the 150 they’re super fun even for me. I love my 150. I found you need to be a good rider to get up steep muddy hills on them though. It’ll do them but I found being crap I was struggling a lot and on the floor most of the time as you only have the one option which is screaming Jesus mode and clutch which I’m shit at 😂. It was purely the hills on it that caused me to switch. I actually want to stand a chance of getting round a lap 😂. I think once I get better ironically is the time I’d get the most from a 150 when I’ve more skill/confidence. I wish I could keep it as a second bike.
Good vid Marsh, appreciate the back story as always knew you had a bad shoulder from vids etc but not how bad it was.!! Been said a hundred times but ease yourself back in bud another injury from not being 💯 would be s*^t, and you’ve got plenty more years ahead to send it 👊🏻 (on a 4T)😉
I've actually been behaving with this one, in the past I have been hard on them I have even raced in a cast on multiple occasions 😂🙈 but this one I've respected 😂
Glad you’ve had the operation, speedy recovery - take your time fella! Have you seen those lads on C90’s??? 🤣 Great shark bite story for the pub of course!! Keep strong 💪
Absolutely have 😂 I do fancy a slice of c90 pie. But they are so expensive now there back in fashion and let's be honest if I got one it will end up being sold for parts 😂
@@Motomarsh Everyone had a blast on one, back in the day around the fields plus cheap as chips! Bloody expensive now - stick with the enduro bikes!! You’ll have to get into the gym for specific workouts (not the pub gym 🍻), maybe some cycling / mountain biking - similar movements for strength building! 😉
As my old man says. If you ride bikes you Gona fall off them. All the best with the recovery and when you ready come down to neath area and I’ll get all the boys together for a big ride
Feel for ya buddy 😢 especially at your level of ability but hope you recover quickly ❤ I’m desperately trying to recover from MCL/PCL injuries. Was told 6 weeks then 6 months but I’m nearly 8 months in and no where near ready to ride despite 5 or 6 hours of gym work each week 😢 Chin up 👊👊 Probably gonna sell my beloved 390RR now😢
Sometimes dancing with the devil does us dirty and sounds like your having a tough time. But I'm a believer that the brain is something that you need to keep strongest. The hard work with pay off even if not back to 100% if the passion is there you'll have just as much if not more enjoyment
Great to hear that it's going ok with the recovery. Definitely don't do too much too soon, as tempting as it may be!. And Please stick with the 4 stroke, it sets you apart from all of the 2 stroke you tubers on enduros, much better sound anyway 😁😁
Agreed 👌 I do like the sound of a real 2 stroke but most of them are the fake ones these days pottering around below the powerband and they sound shite 😂
I was actually just wondering how you were going only yesterday. I really enjoy your video's. All the best. What about a 200 RR RE? Lighter and not so violent on the power......
Bed yourself back in on what you're used to for the time being mate, the snap of the 2 stroke probably wont do you any favours for the time being. Hope you're back out pain free soon 💪💨
This seems to be a popular vote actually so I think I'll keep the 4t and maybe after a while dabble in the 2t world. But if I'm honest the 4t is just awesome at everything
I think I'll give it a try in the near future. I've toyed with the KTM group 2ts but there's just something in me that doesn't like the fact the are so bad stock and need essential upgrades to be slightly in with a shout where beta sherco pretty much cone ready to race out the box so I might look into it 🦾
Stick with whatever you feel most confident with. 4 strokes are less violent like you said, also consider the beta200, it probably feels like a mountain bike.
I have had the pleasure of riding a few 200's and I was so so surprised at the torque from such a little engine. And like you said it genuinely felt like a MTB to rip about. Good shout
I recently bought my first bike which is a ktm150xc, it feels like 7/8ths the size of my dad's 350 and half the weight. But it is quite violent. I reckon the 200 beta is perfect, you could probably tweak the power valve timing to make it civilized @@Motomarsh

you'll find when the day comes to ride gently that the muscle memory shakes the muscles back into working correctly again. your physio will stall and be frustrating but when yo get to ride its all worth it. ive had my titanium in my shoulder for 10 years now, it hurts in the cold or if im under HV power lines for a while. generally im pain free and learning the ropes on the enduro bike. keep recovering, enjoy that holiday and let us know when your back at micks leading the rides again. as for what bike i think you on a xtrainer with suspension upgrades might be the ticket, softer power than normal 2t lighter and smaller. grip it an rip it
You'll be there it's amazing what the body does and how it adjusts to deal with stuff. I think the mental side is the hardest sometimes. And the X trainer is genuinely a great shout. Hopefully I'll be up the mountain before long charging you guys around

To be fair he loves his KTM but he hasn't tried anything else really to compare it to. Personal I've had owned a few ktm's and the lack of rear linkage is horrible for me personally and the tpi.. well I won't go down that road 😂 although I was impressed with the new TBI engine. I'm amazed that your watching from Bolivia 🤯 TH-cam is a wonderful place bringing people together from all over the world 👌🦾

I've had the chance to ride a few and I've been very impressed but they have reliability troubles from all the ones I know 🙈 but they are relatively fresh on the sharp end of Enduro. And even starting with a Yamaha base they have pushed in the right direction with there own trick bits which I like
I said 2 strokes not a fake stroke. Poor KTM is still trying to dial in the TPI & TBi unfortunately. They go okay if your willing to spend a few thousand to bring it up to the equivalent of a carb bike. But something fishy sit right that the most expensive bike is by far the worst stock bike out
glad to see your healing, stay positive you will be back💪stick with the 4 banger

Hi Rob ,good to see you back on here and a speedy recovery. Got to stick with the 4 stroke mate. It always makes me smile when you tractor up the side of a mountain when all the 2 strokes are screaming and smoking away still down the bottom of the hill😂.
Hope your recovery keeps going well and your positive attitude is great, well done
I'll be back 🦾
Miss your videos Rob. Wishing you a quick recovery. Come out to Thailand and Ride in the future......
No way.. I'm actually in Thailand right now 🤣 thought because I can't ride I would come here to recover instead. But I have been ripping the mopeds about for shoulder testing purposes of course 🤣🤣
Nice One; where abouts are you in Thailand?@@Motomarsh
@@zero-tripinnovations1503 we started in Bangkok then went south so do the island stuff ended in Koh Samui and koh phangan which was amazing. Where abouts are you based in Thailand?
@@Motomarsh I live in Ratchaburi which is about 2 hrs west of Bangkok. Enduro Heaven here you can literally ride anywhere around. Its all mountain tops all types of terrain. If you can ride you should come out here. When you back in Bangkok?
Good to see you back again and remember this is NOT a race its a marathon, you cant rush this, look after yourself the rest will follow talking from experience, 4 Stroke all day long, you know you prefer it :)
I wish you all the best with your recovery and hope you can get back on the saddle.
That's buddy hopefully won't be too long
Welcome back…can’t wait to see you on your bike and ripping those crazy trails you and your friends ride.👍👍👍👍👍
I think I've missed them just as much as I've missed the riding 😂
Missing your videos Marshy , So glad the operation has gone so well. Speedy recovery. Can't wait to see you out with your mates back on it 👍💪👍
I've missed Those knuckle heads
Hi Rob, what a great emotional video, I’m so pleased you’ve managed to get your shoulder sorted and hopefully we will see you in Turkey at some stage.
Thanks Robo, well I'm going to push to hopefully be there this year but I'll have to see how she goes I guess. But I'm on the right page now .. well hopefully
Glad to see you're doing well my 4 stroke brother. I'm 61 and had my shoulder done in November. Wasn't as bad as yours but plan to be riding next month. Good luck to you Sir.
That's amazing that you've kept the passion alive 👌 hope you're healing well 🦾
Get well soon bud but don’t go back to soon cos a mate of mine did that with his wrist and it never healed correctly, all the best gaz
Cheers gazza 🦾
wow what a journey youve had ,hope your back to your fun and tricks soon look forward to more vids 👍
It's been a rollercoaster for sure but it's my path and I'll always own it
So glad to see you post bro hope you have a speedy recovery and geting back on the bike a think would bee good to se you stay on them 4/ t looking forword to the next video bro
Ye sticking with what I known might be best. I think I'll have enough to relearn how to ride more balanced with two good shoulders
thanks for update Marsh, really enjoy your videos.
I think it would be nice to keep in contact
will do! wishing you a speedy recovery
I’m so happy for you, tho i dont know you 🙌🏼 Greets from Johan in Jönköping - Sweden 🤘🏼
hej tack så mycket 👌
You are a stronger man than I am. The surgery room is a brutal place and I'm not sure I would have the stomach for it 😂
To be fair this has always been an option but the plan was to leave it as long as bearable so in the future they will be able to do a couple more if needed.
I would like to tha k you for doing what you do also everyone in this sport owes a great deal to the dedication of the hospital systems
@@Motomarsh thanks mate 😃 Love your swedish 👍🏼 Tack själv 😉
I had ACL reconstruction 6 weeks ago..missing riding soo much..speedy recovery..2 stroke 4eva!!
If I was gonna go 2t it would have to be a real one not a fake one like the tpi ones if I did go. I'll go old school or still to the diesel tractor power 🦾
Your a warrior! Fast recoveries lad
Thanks dude 🦾
Rewatching this video on a wet evening for some motivation, I don't know how you coped with that injury over the years Rob 😭
I had a simple off 14 weeks ago that resulted in a few non displaced fractures in the ball at the top of my humerus, should have been 6 to 8 weeks in a sling and back to normal.
I'm glad I can help buddy, it's always tough being broken and sometimes the outlook is bleak but trust me the sun will come out again and as soon as you get back on the bike all that touch times will be worth it
I don't know you from Adam but i truly hope it finally works out for you, such a long road - fingers crossed, BTW i say 4t - we who use them know why we recommend them
Thanks 👌 ye I do love my 4t I genuinely find it easier in places and I also love ruffling feather's in the hard enduro world because it's almost against the law to use a 4t 😂 but when im smoking them up the hills I love to see there cogs turning thinking 🤔 maybe there but that bad 😂
wishing you a speedy recovery marshy
Thanks buddy
You're operation is basically what I went through
I feel your pain then. It's pretty brutal. I totally underestimate it
Great to see a video from you and to add some insight to your injury how it happened etc.
I love that you stick to your guns with the four stroke all the time and personally I see you as a four stroke guy.
Legend as always 👍🏻
I think I will be sticking at it for now. There's a reason they have been my choice for so long so I should stick to it
Great to hear your n the road to recovery, I had a mcl injury and surgury last year.
Im so glad that you are feeling better and so happy to get a update also you should get a TM en 300 2t
Thanks for watching, I've had a tm before I think I'd need another 2 shoulders after 🤣 faster bike out there so fun but so violent. Definitely a toxic relationship with loving it and being scared for my life whisky throttling my way around the track 🤣
If the pain is gone, then it’s the correct fix. Stay strong. Stay positive. And ride whichever bike you like.
The pain being gone is definitely the main objective I would definitely rather be pain free but limited movement 🦾
Wish you a speedy recovery mate
Thanks deano
Speedy recovery dude and hope your back on a bike soon ! I would like to see you on a yam !!
Thanks brother, a yz 250... Dam I think I would need both shoulder reinforced 😂
Long and brave journey to get here. Get well soon sir.
T
Indeed but it's all still worth it 😂
Heal up and hope to see you riding and vloging again soon. Get your leg over a TM 300 4T !
I speak to Jordan Scott a far bit and he's pretty impressed with his and he seems to swap from the 300 2t to 4t then swing his leg over the 144 and be lightning so they must be pretty good bikes for someone to be on the sharp end on any cc
Glad to hear you are recovering well
Cheers JC 🦾
Jeez bud, wishing you as full a recovery as possible!
Thanks brother 🦾
All the best for your recovery. You are still young and I think you will come back stronger. Your riding
skills were even more impressive after hearing that story. Maybe a Beta 200 would be good for starters? At 51yrs old I'm thinking about going down to a 250 4 stroke just for the body. Stay strong, you have a lot of living and riding left.
Ah thanks for commenting 👌 the 200 seems to be a very popular choice to be fair 😉
😂😂😂 dam those beta’s look sweet 😍
All the way from Aus 🇦🇺🇦🇺 plenty of us over here watch yours and Midwest TH-cam all the best
It's mind blowing knowing that people like yourself are watching from all over the glob and somewhat does it justice to why I film and upload. We're all basically one big biking family. Even if I'm the black sheep on a 4t 😂
Respect bro, you've been living with a massive weight on shoulders, no pun intended, with any luck you'll be seeing the back of it now. 👊
Absolutely pun intended 😉😂 but I'm so stoked to look forward now and get back to messing around with the boys
All the best Marsh!
🦾
Looking forward to having you back on the bike 🤙🏻
We've got many days ahead of us Senor one click mick. Can't wait for this summer
Good on you for keeping at it!
I broke my back 6 ribs and my knee cap. Neally died. Was a big one and it was on a trail I ride weekly and we were going slow. May ride again one day
@@samcooper4984 Bloody hell that’s..words can’t do justice. My sincere wishes with getting better and your recovery.
Keep positive buddy
🦾
So proud of you ❤
❤️❤️
Hope all ok rob get well soon mate
Your obviously liked by the community Rob.... Take your time, and we'll see you when all fixed.
✌️
❤️❤️ thanks stu. I'll be sure to look after this one 😂

Speedy recovery mate !
Thanks
Glad you’ve had the operation, speedy recovery - take your time fella! Have you seen those lads on C90’s??? 🤣
Great shark bite story for the pub of course!!
Feel for ya buddy 😢 especially at your level of ability but hope you recover quickly ❤
I’m desperately trying to recover from MCL/PCL injuries. Was told 6 weeks then 6 months but I’m nearly 8 months in and no where near ready to ride despite 5 or 6 hours of gym work each week 😢
Chin up 👊👊
Probably gonna sell my beloved 390RR now😢
Sometimes dancing with the devil does us dirty and sounds like your having a tough time. But I'm a believer that the brain is something that you need to keep strongest. The hard work with pay off even if not back to 100% if the passion is there you'll have just as much if not more enjoyment
@@Motomarsh wise words 👊
Atta boy. Dont rush the recovery, shoulders are tricky.
🦾 I've been surprisingly well behaved 🤣
Get well soon fella.
Thanks buddy
The 200rr is getting alot of love and I have ridden quite a few and every time get blown away with the torque coming from that tiny engine.
Get well soon Rob Marsh ✊
Thanks buddy
I love you showing up the boys on a 4t
I do love it too 💪
Bed yourself back in on what you're used to for the time being mate, the snap of the 2 stroke probably wont do you any favours for the time being.
Hope you're back out pain free soon 💪💨
This seems to be a popular vote actually so I think I'll keep the 4t and maybe after a while dabble in the 2t world. But if I'm honest the 4t is just awesome at everything
100% 2 stroke so much easier on the body when you are mauling the thing about. Bottom end on the 300rr is incredible.
The 300rr is definitely the 2t I would get. I would get a fake 2 strokes tpi that's for sure 😂
Hi mate, what gearing you running on the 350?
Cheers
I'm currently running 12-49 and seems to be a great all round. But it depends what type of riding and how you ride.
You are a bloody warrior and don’t rush back as you’re worth the wait. Ps ever thought about lawn bowls as less dangerous and less expensive 😉🤣🤣
But also 1000% more boring 😂
Give them both a try. You might find a 300 2 stroke feels easier overal. Good luck with the recovery
Sounds like ya on the mend mate which is great . Take ya time n yeah go for a lighter bike .... Don't forget that when ya feel down you got a lot of support and there are lots of people who are far worse off than yourself mate .
Keep that chin up and stay positive 🙏
Thank you dude. It really helps hearing from People like yourself to keep me motivated and looking forward and getting me back to doing what I love
You got this mate , sure of it !
Just went through the same surgery due to dirt bike and a tree lol I’ll be back soon as well let’s get ready to send it
Ye those trees don't move 🙈
you'll find when the day comes to ride gently that the muscle memory shakes the muscles back into working correctly again. your physio will stall and be frustrating but when yo get to ride its all worth it. ive had my titanium in my shoulder for 10 years now, it hurts in the cold or if im under HV power lines for a while. generally im pain free and learning the ropes on the enduro bike. keep recovering, enjoy that holiday and let us know when your back at micks leading the rides again.
as for what bike i think you on a xtrainer with suspension upgrades might be the ticket, softer power than normal 2t lighter and smaller.
grip it an rip it
You'll be there it's amazing what the body does and how it adjusts to deal with stuff. I think the mental side is the hardest sometimes. And the X trainer is genuinely a great shout. Hopefully I'll be up the mountain before long charging you guys around
Just had a second opinion on a shoulder replacement. And I’m scared to death I will not be able to ride motocross with my kids. I’m 42.
I'm on the tail end of it now and I'm almost angry at myself for putting it off for all these years
You are bionic now. Heal up and feel better soon. 👍
Gettin rebuilt bit by bit
Get well soon “robbo”cop! 👍🏾

If bikes were safe and easy to ride we wouldn`t do it.
Exactly! I'm in no delusion that where sain 😂 but that's why I like it 😂
I`m 67 and ride a BETA rr250 2T that wants to kill me. I could be playing bowls like some of my friends. The very thought haha FFS.@@Motomarsh
So when I first met you at Mick Extance. But didn’t ride with you, due to being a novice.z you took the more experience m. That was a year ago. So this your talking about is a year before that ?
I never knew mate…
So this video is two hours old. So you are okay now yeah ? Been back at it for a year ?
Yes that’s looks an amazing job…
Well you’re doing an amazing job..
Ye it's nearly there I'm hoping to be back riding in a month or so and pain free all being well 🦾🦾 Yes I've been adapting and putting up with the pain for more years than I should have. I hope to see you up the mountain again one day 👌
Get a 2t and keep the 4 banger. Happy days. All the best for the future 👊🏻
I have been tempted to get both maybe even a Stark 😉
speedy recovery, hope all goes better than planned.... Just stay with the Beta. I watch all you guys ride, im sick of seeing KTM's its nice to see another Beta riding, lol...
Stick with the 4 stroke linear power
I'm glad I asked the question now because it's a hard one to get my head around especially not riding it's making my brain think of absolutely everything 🤣
Totally get you not feeling you deserve it that's completely normal I think anyway, I broke my back 4 years ago from motocross 2 bikes ran over me at the bottom of a jump the constant pain can really get you down but it is what it is you'll get there in time. Just don't get fat like I did 😂 I'm just getting back to it just got a beta 200rr, times a healer mate you'll be back 👊
Time is a great healer most definitely. And your injury 🤯 that's a big injury to come back from and fair play to you for keeping the passion alive and the motivation to get bk riding. And the 200 💪 it's coming up alot here
check out Midwest if you like ktm what's the weight of his bike
trade bikes his 300 he keeps saying he wants a 4 stroke hahaha tell him to man up lol mate your young and strong never give up I'm 47 just getting in to it my Serna rx 250 bad ass starter bike take care mate from Kevin in Bolivia south america
To be fair he loves his KTM but he hasn't tried anything else really to compare it to. Personal I've had owned a few ktm's and the lack of rear linkage is horrible for me personally and the tpi.. well I won't go down that road 😂 although I was impressed with the new TBI engine.
I'm amazed that your watching from Bolivia 🤯 TH-cam is a wonderful place bringing people together from all over the world 👌🦾
@Motomarsh I'm from the usa. But retired to bolivia waiting for my citizenship hahah but not waiting for fun. Haha live and love life lol. Dont break anymore bones. Have a great day mate 👍
It's awesome news that you are on the mend mate.
Getting back on the bike will be the best feeling ever when the time comes.
Stay strong and cheers for the update bro 🍻
Get well soon.
And for the next bike - get a new Fantic 300cc 2T
I've had the chance to ride a few and I've been very impressed but they have reliability troubles from all the ones I know 🙈 but they are relatively fresh on the sharp end of Enduro. And even starting with a Yamaha base they have pushed in the right direction with there own trick bits which I like
Take you time.My vote is 200 geared down withclutch weight.
To be fair I've loved every 200 beta I've tried always amazes me the torque
there is only 1 2stroke ktm
I said 2 strokes not a fake stroke. Poor KTM is still trying to dial in the TPI & TBi unfortunately. They go okay if your willing to spend a few thousand to bring it up to the equivalent of a carb bike. But something fishy sit right that the most expensive bike is by far the worst stock bike out
@Motomarsh that is why I'm still on the 2017, patiently waiting for the TBI to be perfected. But the hard enduro isn't going to bad.
💪💪💪
Golden moment
You doin sea 2 sky again this year
wsh you the best
