    Hello, thnks for sharing all these tricks for having as many homemade goodies as possible. One question though about all these kind of sausages. At the end of videos you say that we should make some holes so that the air would come out. Do we have to pin them even if we are not going to cook them instantly but store them? Please give me your advice. Thnks.

      Pot in boiling water, turn off the heat. Keep in water for 20 minutes. In an industrial setting: 20 min in 80-85 celsius.
