(unless you buy the new Natlam and Anemo characters of course) also would this Synergies get fixed if Mavuika or different Natlam characters passed the Night Spirit to non Natlam mains ? (could Natlam support kits let other characters trigger this and how viable would it be)

At R1-R2, it's about equal to Blackcliff with no stacks. At R5 it's 4-5% better. The question is whether that 4-5% is worth 5 billets... And with stacks Blackcliff R1 is competitive with R5 Shattered Chains. So not worth imo.
