That’s great to hear. Unfortunately none of my seeds germinated. I got them in a trade last year and only had 5. So maybe this will be one that I grow in 2025.
@@jencordial yeah I’ve been researching them. I figured at this point I have to try some of the varieties of stuff that I have then maybe look at crossing the ones I like to see if I can make a good micro dwarf. So this year is for exploration. Grow it all and find out what’s good. Next year I’ll add experimentation to the mix!
I love dwarf tomatoes as well.i think their very easy amd dont need a bigger space. Dwarf are becoming my go to go tomatoes. Im growing little bing hybrid inside and been harvesting a lot
Hi dear Jen, Again what a lovely video. What a great idea to list them all up. I hope you find them all! Let's see if I could help you on your quest....
Thanks for this video Jen, I appreciate it so much, now I actually have something to go by for my future dwarf tomato purchases... I need to see the pictures too... and in my opinion dwarf tomato plants are the absolute best... no work at all... and the taste is almost always top notch!! YES keep doing these videos, people need the info and it's hard to find... these guides and also your amazing taste tests... keep it up!!
Hi doll! I don't use Facebook anymore because it's very toxic and full of misinformation but I would love to get ahold of some of your seeds for a swap, unless you have an online shop where i can purchase these seeds. Thank you!
After getting more organizer cases on sale at hobby lobby ( Michaels too yay!) I organized my tomatoes by category better n holy moly I need more dwarves .! Your video came at a perfect time haha take my money victory seed! 😛
I grew Ann’s dusky rose plum last year it was a beauty! I also got one that didn’t produce any Antho, I’ve saved seeds for it and will grow it again this year to see if I get the same outcome
would you recommend loxton lass? I want a good yellow dwarf that's productive and tasty. Was thinking of growing that one next year. If anybodys grown that one, what was your experience with it?
I have it in collection but have not grown that one as of yet. I did grow summer sunrise dwarf this year and it’s been a showstopper. Really big fruits on a plant that’s dealing with severe drought and heat and still they are quite tasty.
Thank you so much 😊 and Aww that’s to bad. I’ve traded seeds with people in Belgium so maybe join the Facebook group Tomato Lovers Collective and Swap and do some trading.
Are you not counting micro dwarfs?....and your list seems to be missing quite a few.....I will watch again and than list the ones I have that you haven't
Yes I’ve heard some of them are not worth trying, but I’d really like to make that decision for myself so I do plan on trying out all of them at some point. Once I’ve done that I’ll try to do a top 10 video. 😁
@@jencordial i have the same feelings about trying them all for myself. Plus there's so many factors in growing conditions that can effect taste. I'd LOVE a review of what your own faves turn out to be!
Although Jing Aramis is a dwarf it is not one that is part of the dwarf tomato project. It was developed by Blane Horton. There are dozens of many dwarfs around now and being developed every year now. It’s incredibly exciting.
Jade beauty was one of my best tomatoes I grew last year and so delicious 😋

@@jencordial oh no 😢 I got mine from Tomatofifu and had no problem with germination. I'm sure bounty hunter seeds have it too 💚
Now I want him to do a micro dwarf tomato project. I’m gonna volunteer you and Lauren and Kina too! ❤ yes please! Love the videos and the pics!
Did you know there are already over 200 different varieties of micro dwarfs? It amazed me. I’m very behind on collecting those.

I didn’t realize there were so many!! This video is a great resource!
Neither did I until I got looking into it. And then I realized how little I had of them and of course that surely needed rectified 😆
Excellent video! I’m down for this kind of content! 🙌❤️
Great. I’d love to do more.

Fantastic. I’m really excited that this year I’m growing so many. It’ll be a lot of fun to compare them all.
I enjoy videos like this and would watch others.
Right. I love watching Jen’s videos and how she has pictures; and you can’t go wrong with more tomatoes lol
Wonderful. I’d love to do one on all the variegated or fuzzy varieties there are.
@snipercat1123 thank you so much for you sweet words ❤️
Thank you so much for the pics, links and info. Next season is going to be crazy for me now. 😅
Thank you and Wonderful. I wish you huge success next season 😊
Lol, I fangirl over you, Kina and Lauren! Thanks for doing this! You know me and my dwarf
Aww😊❤️. You are so sweet. I’m glad you liked the video my friend

I’m very very close to having collected them all thanks to some amazing friends. Now to start growing them all.

Thank you for posting this! I have a small container/balcony garden.
You are very welcome. I just adore these squatty varieties of tomato plants.

Doesn’t it feel so fantastic to get things more organized. And I’m glad you enjoyed watching and are interested in more varieties now. ❤️
@@jencordial just gotta put in excel on a spreadsheet all the varieties I have eventually lol

Oh wow. That’s so neat. I hope you’re able to stabilize it.
I hope you did some of the ones I did yesterday, let’s see what this video holds 😀

I love your video's. I'm from belgium and a lot of the tomato's you show in your video's we can't buy here. 😢

Love this video!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it.
Question: I have 20 gallon fabric grow container. Is that large enough for two dwarf tomato plants, or should I only put one plant per container?
20 gallons? As in 100 liters? Yeah, that is plenty. Many grow dwarfs in 2 gallon buckets here.
Oh definitely. That’s plenty big. You could even maybe do 3 if the dwarfs your growing were on the smaller side like 2 feet.
I’ve seen where the breeder Bill Yoder grew some of his in a one gallon pot but I imagine he had to water the heck outta those.
@@Usortert Thanks for responding. I’m brand new to gardening and learning so much.
@@jencordial Thanks for the tip! I’m brand new to tomato growing.
Yes, it was the Cross Hemisphere Dwarf Tomato Project initially.
Yes you are right. The name was changed I think like a year or so after it got going.
Are you not counting micro dwarfs?....and your list seems to be missing quite a few.....I will watch again and than list the ones I have that you haven't
These are only dwarfs from the dwarf tomato project.
Great video though...😎
I’m glad you like it. 😊
There's so many and I've heard many people say some of them.are bland and not a great taste. I'd love a top 5 or even 10 and other people's reviews
