Hey guys! Where are you guys located? I flip in NEVADA and have an employee for $600/week plus my profit and all expenses so we do pretty good. Maybe you can twist some things around in your business like trying to get better deals . You’d be surprised how low people are trying to go in their minimum. Also I don’t think your maximizing your profits. I average $300-600 (today we profited $750 for 1) profit per couch. Ultimate lowest is $200 but that’s way too low for us. I’d suggest to stage your backyard a bit more and stage the couches.
Would you say FBM is your go to place to find couches to flip? Also what's the max you would suggest someone to spend on a couch they plan on flipping? I'm a new subbie to the channel I love your content keep up the good work!
Thanks for watching. Yea Facebook Marketplace is the go to for sure. We do use a local app called KSL. The max I usually spend is $100, but I'd spend a little more if it is still a nice couch and I think I could sell it for quite a bit more. Really just depends on what couch it is and the kind of shape that it is in. Hopefully that helps :)
Yes please keep doing this kind of videos🧡 I really enjoy seeing you guys and I know I’m not the only one😁
Thank you so much! That really means a lot to us :)
Love love this series 😁😁
great video! is there anything you can do about discoloration?
Thanks for watching! We haven't found anything about discoloration. That seems like a hard one to be able to fix!

Congratulations!
Thank you! :)
How do you get them for so cheap? I buy most of mine for $200-$400 and sell them for $600-$1000
That's just what they are in our area. Pretty much the same difference though what you are buying and selling them at. What market are you in?
@@CameronSadie oh okay, and I’m in Arizona!
Great info! So you guys deliver the furniture as well?
Yes we do! Offering delivery helps a lot. You could even charge a little extra for it if you wanted.
@@CameronSadie that’s great thanks!
How do you know what to charge for each couch??
We've just done it so many times that we know that sectionals in our area go for about $300-$400 :)
Well done 👏🏻😊👍
Thank you so much! :)
