Is it necessary that the professor giving letter of recommendation must be senior lecturer or something and I have heard it's best to take at least 3 letter of recommendation 2 from professors and 1 from hod or principal. Is it necessary?

For undergraduation is LOR necessary?And like I'm in class 12 and likely to give SAT this November ..so what else is needed for a university along with the SAT score??
You have to check the prerequisites of the university u shortlisted..if university requires then u have to give them LOR otherwise not necessary

If the requirement in just 3 LOR's, then do not put more email then needed.
Parth Vijayvergiya let me put it another way. If a university needs 3 or more LORs and I provide 4 email ids. Now one of them forgot to write the letter for me within deadline. Will the university process my application using the 3 LORs as it satisfies their requirement or they will reject it considering the 4th LOR is still missing
I hardly know any professor in my college so I don't know how I will get letter of recommendation. Also one of my friend's mother teachs in the same University (not College) so can I ask her to give me LOR and is it applicable?
It can be applicable. But it would be good if you get an LOR from your own professor. If you do not know them, try talking to them it will help.
Harshita Kohli most of professor only reads it and signs it. It doesn't matter mostly that if they know you or not. Just find those professor who has done PhD or has m tech. Also have one from the subject in which you want to do masters. You have to write your own lor so make it different for different faculty and make it the best.

You need both actually. Because it shows that you have connections throughout your academics and work

My employer is not willing to give me the letter on the letter head, whereas they can provide without it.

You will have to have a GPA of 3.9+ out of 4. Also it depends on GRE, which you need anywhere between 330 to 340.

yes it is.u can give either TOEFL or IELTS for admission in USA university.But in Canada IELTS is only applicable.
