I met you in Eugene during the 2022 world championships you were sitting with your coach outside the cafeteria and I came up and introduced myself and you and I had two or three pictures together. Not sure if you remember me, but you were so kind and friendly to just a little old Guy from Portland Oregon and I really appreciated that I’m wishing you the best for the 2025 season and hopefully I will see you again competing in Eugene. God bless you stay healthy and win some medals Tom.

Hi Khaddi, as a longtime fan of track and field I have watched you since 2015 with a mixture of delight and dread. Delight because you are an amazing female specimen and dread because of how you jump. It is deeply painful to see you jump and give away between 25 and 60 cm on every single jump because of relatively simple basic technical flaws. Many times, I've said to myself: "Her trainer just has to be able to see what is wrong - why are they never able to fix the problem?" In short, the last four strides before the board you extend, clearly overstriding. and in the impulse stride you begin to lean back. Not only does this cut down your jumping distance dramatically, but it also increases the stress on your take-off leg and therefore the risk of injuries. What very few understand is that movement is an amalgamate of anatomy, physiology and personality. Body language is tied to your personality whether it is how you move your hands, sit or long jump. To be able to permanently alter your technique you need to understand your subconscious concept of long jumping as well as your subconscious personality at large. I hope that your change of trainer and environment will help you find and merge with your optimal long jump technique that is hiding inside you.

@@malcolmon747 Hi Malcolm, thank you so much for your insight and, i appreciate it. You have a great sense of knowing what you are talking about, and I agree with what you are saying. Please elaborate on the last part about to understand your subconscious concept. 🙏🏽

@@KhaddiSagniia Hi Khaddi, have you ever thought about how animals move? They all run and jump with perfect utilization of their anatomy and physiology. Who teaches a Cheetah to run? Who teaches an Impala antelope to jump? Nobody. They are unable not to utilize their entire beings for a flawless sprint or jump for the simple reason that animals cannot form concepts of movement that block perfect mechanics. Also, they do not have emotional subconscious loops interfering with their movements. Watch regular people jog. It's gruesome, they make an absolute mess of something so simple. Let's take shot put as an example. If you give a person a shot and tell them to put it as far as they can, almost everybody will only utilize their arm and totally block the involvement of the rest of the body which has all the power. This happens because of conscious and subconscious interference with natural biomechanics. Because the shot is held in the hand a concept is naturally formed that the put should be executed with the arm. This is obviously completely wrong for optimal performance. Briefly put, perfect mechanics are not acquired by practicing movements, but by eliminating conscious and subconscious interference. It's almost impossible to force a new program in without first eliminating the present one. When it comes to your long jumping, my perspective is that it's mostly your subconscious personality that is creating your jumping style, or in other words your technical flaws. I can explain more in detail, but it would be highly personal, and this medium is probably inappropriate for this.
