I wasn't a Boys to Men fan back in the day, but I love this version of the song! You should check out Austin singing Bring Him Home (solo; have tissues!), Austin and Rob singing Nessun Dorma, Tim singing Why Do Fools Fall in Love (solo; with puppies!). Also the full group singing Brothers in Arms (by Dire Straights), and Helplessly Hoping (by Crosby, Stills, & Nash). There's really nothing these guys can't do.

These guys are so very talented. They killed this! They don't do covers they do upgrades! They have a very deep rabbit hole. Please continue to check them out. They do not have a bad song. They also have many originals. I subscribed! Love your reaction! ♥

These guys do an amazing job of this song! They can do any genre including R&B. Rob's voice has so much feeling & soul in it. Austin adding his higher tones, Chance is holding down the bass in the back, Tim adding some deeper bass notes & Adam with his fabulous vocal percussion. These guys are my favorite a cappella group out there. Shawn Stockman from Boyz II Men was one of the judges on the "Sing Off" that Home Free won & he was a big fan of these guys from the start. I'm sure he loved their version of this song.

When they were on the NBC show the Sing Off (they won in 2013), Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men was a judge and he loved them. I think they did justice to the song. Rob killed it. Good one Courtney!🤩😄

My favorite thing about these guys is that any one of them can take the lead and they share selfishly. Adam Rupp being the only founding member left, holds down the percussion better than a drum set ever could. I’m forever a Home Fry❤

I saw them live in Charlotte for their holiday tour in December. They can take a song of any genre and make it their own while still paying homage to the original. I know you're a fan of Tim's low bass. I would recommend Misty Mountain, a duet he did with Peter Hollens (it's a song from the Hobbit franchise). I also recommend their cover of Rascal Flatts "God Bless The Broken Road" and their cover of "How Great Thou Art" (a masterpiece). Thanks for the reaction! Keep them coming!

If you want your mind blown, try "Two Country SingersTry Singing Opera" on Austin Brown's channel. These guys can do anything, tho that one is only Rob and Austin..❤

There is harmonizing and then there is HOME FREE HARMONIZING. It's not just the notes, but the voices themselves that fit together so well.
One of HF's biggest pluses is that everyone of them could be a lead singer (although I think Adam would simply refuse to do it), so it greatly expands the types of songs they can do. Rob's voice was perfect for this, for other songs, one of the other guys might work best - or it is one where they can share the lead around.

Great cover by these guys - when they cover a song it usually becomes an upgrade of that song.... You've just broken the surface of this rabbit hole - but the Home Fries will be there with you all the way! 👍👍

Audio is fine - if you like 'Gospel Rob' I suggest Dreamer (Ryman version), The Driver
, or Catch me if you can. Blue ain't your Color is another one, and one of their best.

I found out about these guys in late October, and I've been obsessed ever since. I think Tim Foust is my favorite vocalist ever! His range is ridiculous, and he seems to be such a chill guy overall. My favorite acapella group by far!

The guy taking the lead on this is Rob Lundquist we call him Gospel Rob or do what you want to Rob. This is the best a capella group out there they all can sing lead depending on what they're doing any genre from country to opera. Enjoy the ride young lady. 👍

There is no lead singer...they use the singer whose voice matches the song best. They also have many solo projects and colabs...they are also very patriotic and have a lot of patriotic songs...like God Bless the USA ft. Lee Greenwood and the Singing Sergeants. The did American Pie ft. Don McLean and Elvira with the Oak Ridge Boys as well as a few others. They are very respectful of the original artists. Tim Foust is the bass (5 octave range), Austin Brown is the high tenor, Rob Lundquist (beard) is the tenor who sung lead in this song, Adam Chance (goes by Chance) is a baritone/bass and can cover the bass line when Tim sings lead...and of course Adam Rupp doing the vocal percussions, but can also sing tenor. Adam and his brother Chris co-founded the group in the early 2000's, they were on the competition show "The Sing Off" and won in 2013, and Chris left to pursue other interests and Chance took his place. There are many live recordings of Adam Rupp doing a live drum solo which he does every show...as well as most of solo projects.

Rob blows me out of the water with this one. He's singing it like it means something to him, lol. Take care. Edited my comment to also say your audio was great in this video. 😊

Not one person of this group is so egotistical that they "need" to be the star ... by doing that and support of one another --- They all shine far above others in the industry! Rob killed this, plain and simple! That's my take... also, I do have a faint memory of the original but not the genre for my ear then --- then again most wasn't and still aren't!!! LIVE -- they're even better!!! Be Safe

I subscribed to hear more Home Free reactions! However, I would also like to see you react to another a cappella group called The Bass Gang. They have a great rendition of “Centuries “!

All of them can sing a good lead, except the beatboxer who beatboxes in most of the songs, but he does harmonize or sing a small solo in some songs when he's not beatboxing.

The sound volume started off too low but you advanced the volume in the first 8-10 seconds and it was much better. The sound quality seemed to be better on this video than on Man of Constant Sorrow
