Thanks for making a good video appreciate it for your effort. I am worried to moving alexendria Virginia, but the rent is so high in alexendria which area will be good for us, if I am going to start work inova hospital alexendria.
Thanks for watching! It's definitely an expensive place to call home (Northern Va in general is). It really depends on your budget, lifestyle, and desired commute time. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about the area.
@@livinginnorthernva thanks for prompt reply I am nurse, my assigned place is inova hospital alexendria I am waiting for my final interview once it's done I will move to alexendria Virginia. Which area you are recommending near to alexendria. Where the house rent and expense is not that much high for the initial commer. I will be in touch with you. Once my granted then we will plane for buying house thanks
@@livinginnorthernva I don't personally know or have any property in N VA but I have 9 properties in my portfolio from having to move often because of my field. When I'll be doing an extended stay in a new city my agent sets a range of around, up to, a 40 min commute from the office location. This strategy has worked well staying out of the rat race and we've had no problems renting them out once I move on. My primary residence is in the mid west and I'm aware we've been spoiled on expected $/sqft 😅 off topic, as far as investment properties, have you seen the Louisiana market lately? Crazy opportunity if not looking for quick returns 🤓 ✌️
@@oldmanyeet3301 that's awesome, congratulations! 9 properties is no small feat, in any market. That's exactly what I was curious about - if you had certain criteria you look for to invest in a market. Haha, I hear you, my Dad grew up in the mid west and I am blown away by what you can get there. I haven't but, you just made me want to reach out to a friend that's an agent there. Always love getting info about other markets!

Thank you! Same to you, I appreciate your kindness!
@@livinginnorthernva Thank you ☺️🌹, God bless you and family 🙏🏻, happy day ☺️, greetings
Spending a mil and not expecting a 3 car garage is wild. Pick a better market and stop keeping up with the Jones 🧠 🤷🏼♂️
What's your definition of a better market? Real estate is hyper local and a million in Northern Va for a single family home is average.
