I agree with you, oh Rogue! I started to say something about something and it was playing as I was writing and I realized I was liking it just as she was doing it. hahaha! She has every right to explore doing things in any way she can imagine doing them. I actually have always loved that about her. So here we were. She's playing guitar chords and the song is far away .. but sweetly far away .. pretty much just as far away as the guitar chords .. so .. it worked ... sweetly and softly. That's it. I’ve been amused by some people’s reaction and perspective on her guitar playing. Of course, those who are honest with themselves know that Angelina’s instrument is her voice. And no one compares with her, especially anyone under twenty. As you probably know, she also sang this during Norway Got Talent. At a concert she messed up a little playing the guitar with this same song, stopped the band and restarted it. That is what you should do, but also takes courage to do. You should do whatever pleases you, don't mind what people say you should do. To me if would like this: if a reactor does good item thing it is not genuine, not surprising and therefore not enjoyable.

I am 6 months late Ellis but did you ever hear her 8 year old rendition of this on Norway's Got Talent? If not I think it is even better than this, probably because of the shock value. you know the whole "is she 8 thing" but beyond that it was her ability to interpret this song at that age that shocked me. Like the judge on NGT I was hooked on Angelina from that moment. Nice reaction mate.

Her version of this right before she turned 8 was amazing. This is interesting but hard to hear. I do like how she's playing her guitar. I want to say the voice was too hard to hear but as I listen I realize it was at the same level as the guitar .. so she was right to do it that way. It was nice hearing it as I wrote this. Good critique. Her guitar playing is great for this slower version of a classic Cher song. I do wish Angelina would update her old-fashioned (retro) look (e.g. clothes, makeup, hair). I think she should do away with the bird's nest on top of her head...it's too late '50's/'60's. Her voice is great, of course, but I have to look away from her when she's on video & just concentrate on her voice & the music. I doubt I'd want to see her performances in person. I hope my comments are not taken as being offensive, but a critique should include the total package, IMHO.

I suspect every reactor gets negative comments and in most cases the vast majority of the others are with YOU, not the one complaining. Frankly if those comments bother you, maybe you shouldn't be doing this. Your mental health is more important.
