I've been using this brand for a while since I live in Turkey and i love all their products and I'll love to see them against 3d one. Thank you Brian for all your lovely videos.
I've been testing these for months. I think they are solvent based but they perform extremely well on single stage paints, thats when I would use them mainly. H9 mixed with F6 is a great combo.
Hi I'm not a detailer so please forgive my "amazement" at the ability of koch chemise to remove those scratches - wouldn't have believed it possible if I hadn't seen it 🙏🇦🇺
Thanks for reviewing these. One thing I've learned from you if you have something that works stick with it. I really enjoy 3D One, and Sonax Perfect Finish, for what I do these cover most of of my needs. Like you taught us, team it up with right pad. I did try a small bottle of the KC M3.02, thought it worked really well, but I give Perfect Finish the edge, for me if needed I can get a little more cut out of PF, and the gloss is amazing. 3D One did a great job creating a product so versitile, and priced right.
@@kingkangjoe the koch line has its M302 with wax in it as a one step type of finishing product. But it’s the M302 it’s the finishing polish so it probably won’t have the cut the Griots product will .
Koch Chemie is as good as it gets in the compound/polish arena. I used Jescar correcting compound religiously for a long time until I tried Koch Chemie...their products are fantastic and worth every penny.
I actually though Jescar out performed Koch in every division. I was really disappointed in KC. I was expecting game changing results based on the hype.
Wow buddy very impressed with that line up and your indepth knowledge of detailing. Now I know when I go off roading around Pittsburgh to drive it directly to you for paint correction...😆
Good stuff been using few weeks I get mild dusting on the red and harder wipe offs it seems compared to other out there. Angelwax wipes easier Pads are good. Red pad seems to sling alot at first due to very open cell. I found both pads prevent sling if you apply closer to center of hole
Brian it’s only right to see where their cutting compound sits on the food chain. I want to see it go head to head against the Sonax cut max and the Jescar correcting compound
While using M2.01 do I need to protect rubber sealings (etc. around windows) with 3m tape or can I save this and this compound can be wiped-out without cleaning like at Sonax compounds?
I’m not a product junkie but I’d agree they were impressive. I’ll have to compare $$ to Sonax. It’s tough to change when you have a line up that gives you results.
Does this mean I will be seeing you again in just a few weeks? I have used a few of these and really like them. The pads are interesting and seem to work well.
Nice.. definitely gonna try this.. I have been wanting to try it for a long time now but now that it is a lot easier to get here in the US its a no brainer.. Of course we have to have a vid of the heavy cut against Sonax Cutmax👀
Brilliant video and my thanks go out to you. What do you think of F6 to be used as a one step on a Mercedes with only very light marring with Chemical guys free hex logic pads with a DA? Would love to hear your thoughts.
Sir, you are the KING of Details. I will drive up to your shop one day, that is a must. Brian btw, what about rock chips in a situation like this video? Do they need to be filled in first? I am so tempted to even try an enhancement/polish by hand.
Rock chips are filled in as well. They are filled in after the correction here. We dont want to risk pulling out the OEM paint during correction. You are welcome to drop by anytime.
Hi Brian.. Would love to see a video comparing Chemi 901, 3D400 and Sonax Cutmax. I've been experimenting with 3D and Sonax. Depends on paint, clear etc but both work really well. Wondering of the Chemi 9o1 is any better? Always looking for the ultimate in all one products and heavy cutting compounds.
Hey Brian, this Mic sounds better than the last Mic but the mic in the closing segment sounds the best but these two mics are very very close and either one would be about the same. That K.C. Is interesting stuff Matt really likes their car soap maybe you could give that a try isometime see what you think have a good one🇺🇸👍
Have you had the pleasure of working with any of the QP-ON pro series products yet? Was thinking of replacing my bottles of the standard series with the pro since they are almost empty now but am looking for some input first.
Why are you not using their pads ??? Ok you answered that question at the end Thank you. Because of some of your videos I ordered $480 of products form Xtreeme Thanks for the 10% off that was nice . 496 I will use on my new C8 before PPF and I know you do not like PPF but I do not have your talent with pain and I will track my car . I also have 403 for my challenger its white .
Also, quick question, can you use any liquid wax to correct? Something like meguiars ultimate liquid wax and a microfiber pad. Thinking of getting slight correction out of a wax application. Or maybe exfoliation with the pad and bonding with the chemical
Thought you would run the contest on harsh sand marks as others. From 3k to 800 grit. Anyways Koch chemie its good, very similar in dust control as Sonax but lacks a little of cut power. Greetings Bryan
Hi Brian, i've started my detailing business and im learning a lot from you. Thank you very much. Recently i purchased a Rupes Mille gear driven polisher. I hope you can make comparison of Koch Chemie H9,M3o2 vs Rupes Coarse, Fine compound and polisher, both claim of longer work time and lubrication. Thank you ahead.
Love your videos, need some advice for a white 2010 acura mdx. The front and rear bumper is yellowing. Ive tried stoner bug n tar remover, meguair's heavy wheel cleaner, claying, hd one and sonax polish with no sucess. It doesnt feel like traffic film so i assume its a clearcoat issue
There is a video in the past that I can’t find it’s about a product a polisher or compound that remove swirls and scratches but not so aggressive for clearcoat can you help me remember please
These products are very impressive. Thanks again for all you do and for sharing your knowledge.
Thanks for taking time to show us these B! Great showcase!
I've been using this brand for a while since I live in Turkey and i love all their products and I'll love to see them against 3d one. Thank you Brian for all your lovely videos.
As good as the Sonax line. You just got to love the Germany products.
Waay better.
Menzerna has always been good to me!
Amazing to learn about Koch Chemie and proper use.
Interesting product
We love them in Europe
I've been switching to koch chemie myself. Seems like a well produced line with premium performance.
I've been testing these for months. I think they are solvent based but they perform extremely well on single stage paints, thats when I would use them mainly. H9 mixed with F6 is a great combo.
Thanks Brian, as always a well presented and informative review!
I love your channel. And I have said it before, but those uro pads are my absolute favorite tool in the arsenal ! Thanks for introducing me to them.
Thanks as always Brian.
Great video again Brian. Would have liked to have seen the compounds used with the corresponding koch chemie pad though. 👍
amazing video and product review good friend. b well
H9 v ACA500
F6 v 3d one
Lets get ready to rumble🥊🥊
Exciting times in the detailing industry! Some very impressive products.
Great video once again! I will have to try some.
Outstanding job as always Brian thank you
Hi I'm not a detailer so please forgive my "amazement" at the ability of koch chemise to remove those scratches - wouldn't have believed it possible if I hadn't seen it 🙏🇦🇺
I love when companies use that style of bottle and self cleaning cap
that " self cleaning cap " tends to get stuck tho.
Little tip, H9 underperform in cold situation like 10°celsius or less, better move into something else.
M3 is super, i love it.

I'm blown away how well you work that rotary. Mine likes to jump and everything else. But I'm also using a foam pad.

Would be fantastic to see how the H9.01 fares on the cutting compound podium. It will be well up there I'm sure. This range is amazing.
Finally :) Been enjoying my H8.02 for a while now , works a charm
I would like to see how H9 would compare to the podium compounds. Also, how would the F6 compare with 3D One?
I will second that comment!!!! Bring on the battle!!!
I third this as well.
Me too. Also new Rupes da coarse compound. And Gyeon Compound+
Koch vs sonax vs rupes - i would like to See this comparsion too 👍

Yea time for another compound series 🙏

Red didn't cut as much as I was expecting either.
Great looking group of polishers as there are so many high quality products on the market. You may be busy with another cutting compound contest.
Love koch chemie so far! F601 and m302 are awesome
Would m302 be good if My paint is in great condition but want to polish before adding protection ?
Thought I would see a very impressive at the end. Thanks for the video.
After I have tried ALL of the polishes....maybe.🙂
Wow, I really liked that product. I got me some of that microfiber pad I haven’t use it yet. Can’t wait to try it on my friends vehicle!
My go to polishes absolutely love them
Would love to see this again Sonax CutMax . Been a while for a good compound showdown... 🙏

I’ve been using Koch products for about a year now and have yet to find a bad item. The glass cleaner is excellent.
Well done informative video

Hi. What pad size would you say for a 5” backing plate? The 126mm or the 150mm ? Thanks. Keep up the great work.
Which Kock Chemie would you recommend for a one step before ceramic coating.
Brian that rotary looked like the maxshine 550. If I’m right do you have any issues with machine heating up after a couple of panels.
I've been debating on getting that system. Every time I do that I'm always fall back to 3d aca 500 and 3d one how do they compare.
Hi, what pads would you recommend on 2019 Volkswagen clear coat? The recommended Koch Chemie pads, microfibre or Lake country pads please?
Hi, would like to get your expert opinion that Which one is better cutting compound , Koch Chemie h9.01 or Carpro Ultracut.
Would that H9 work on removing a professional grade ceramic coating?

Yh please put h9 in the cutting compound series h9 supposed to be able to remove p1000 sand marks on a wool pad
Do you use the Koch chemie pads too
Could you review the Sudzbox product line?

Can I use heavy cut for swirl marks?
KC Polish Compound and Sonax are the best
Can i use m302 on a new vehicle as a onestep without protection? And then apply a sealant after that?
Also, quick question, can you use any liquid wax to correct? Something like meguiars ultimate liquid wax and a microfiber pad. Thinking of getting slight correction out of a wax application. Or maybe exfoliation with the pad and bonding with the chemical
Sure...you could correct with body moisturizer. The pad does most of the work.
What would be the "right pad" with the F6-01?
Can you compare with Carpro Ultracut vs Koch Chemie H901.
Thanks

Ive got the H8 to use up but have opted for the Angelwax line. How do you think they compare?
You can be successful using either. Add 3D and you have some top shelf polishes.
