I LOVE the Colourpop Wild Nothing palette. It’s not what you want if you’re going for a vampy look, but I think that’s obvious. I just feel like it results in the exact vibe represented by the artwork - a natural desert vibe. You can’t go overboard and the colors are earthy and there are two supershocks - perfect in my opinion.

Over the past year I feel like Colourpop has gone down hill. They still have some great products but their consistency is not there. Some shows are great while others miss the mark for me. I think they need to slow down and stop worrying about the next launch, and focus on getting back to quality products. Also, their prices are starting to rise significantly. Palettes use to cost around $12, now we are seeing them hit $22+, and their newest foundation was $16, when they use to be $8-10. It just stinks.
For the pricing it was probably covid related. Not saying it's a good thing, but their warehouse shut down so it would make sense that the price rise reflected it
i think they definitely need to slow down with launches, tbh a lot of the newest ones are all a bit same-y and a bit bland. i dont think their prices have raised too too much though since they are a popular brand now and they probably want to capitalize on it. i still love the brand but they def need to step up their game.

Julia I'm not sure if this is helpful (as everyone's skin is different!), but that Wet n Wild concealer oxidized on me as well! The finish is actually gorgeous, but it definitely is a concealer that you almost have to buy a whole shade or two lighter than you think you do! It's a very skin-like concealer on me, but I have not repurchased in years because I have since found concealers that gel with my body chemistry much better! What a wonderful video, thank you for posting!
The packaging on the CP palette is sooo cute 🌵 but boy, does it fall short. Your base looks absolutely divine, and I also really love the lip and cheeks. I'm not much for bronzer, but you really make me want to apply it. I agree with you about the clear lipgloss! It feel like it's going to quench me right up 🧊

After watching went and bought the Quo cream blushes in shades Pure 59 and Dreamy 73. ❤️. Once I get through a foundation, of which I have too many, I will definitely give the Quo foundation a try.

You should check out the ELF Earth and Ocean eyeshadow palette (or Ocean and Earth... I can't remember). I think it is such a great affordable palette, and more accessible to Canadians too 😊

The Quo eye primer is also really good. It’s shimmery, which I didn’t expect but made my shadow last forever and not crease at all. The concealer is also decent. I need to pick some more of the cream blushes too, they’re so pretty.
Hi Julia! Super excited to see you use the wet n wild concealer! It's one of my faves, but I usually do not set it bc I find that it looks best without powder, especially under my dry eyes! If I ever do end up using powder, try the hourglass one. I have the hourglass powder as well and it works fine if you use a light layer of it. Much love xx
I have come to the conclusion that ordering foundation online (unless it is a reorder of something I already have) is too risky. No more wasted money. It’s difficult enough to match medium neutral / olive toned skin without taking a guess at what those foundation names actually mean, especially drugstore foundations. I have wasted way way too much money already. This one looks very good on you!

FYI to my fellow Canadians, the Quo stuff is cheaper at Superstore/Loblaws than Shoppers. The liquid blushes are $16 at Superstore and $22 at Shoppers for example, at least where I am!

I do kinda wish the green pulled more green. On the eye it seems to fade out and show just more neutral. I knew I didn’t need the palette but for some reason this one drew me in a bit so I went for it as a treat yourself moment

Have you tried the pmel lash primer? It’s available on amazon, but I’m sure you can find it on YesStyle or stylevana, as I believe it’s Asian. I like it and I have like 10 straight eyelashes on each eye, and this helps them look like I have 15. Lol.
Beautiful! I love the looks you do. I feel like you can make any Palette look great! I passed on this one 💛 i have that issue using traditional concealers on the under eyes with powder. Ive been using airbrush so long but have so much texture under they eye that I feel like gets emphasized so ive been using cream concealer the majority of the time now but I haven't found a powder that has been working. What powder is the most optimal with the milk flex comcealer for you? And also ive been looking into trying the kossas one you like, what powder is optimal for that one? I agree. The only recent launches I’ve liked have been the lux lips and the pretty fresh concealer
The Quo concealer is JUST as good as the foundation, you’d love it! The cream eyeliners are also amazing 💗

Yes exactly that's why it didn't bother me for it being for Canadians I have so many favorite TH-camrs & MUA i watch from Canada. She's so talented i her videos their so informative and relaxing at the same time. Sam is a favorite of mine as well.
