If you watch Kylie's recent interviews it is something Kylie has wanted to do - wich is do a residency - the song on her album also called - Vegas high !
Better than “Vegas High” but it has a melancholic edge to it which would have made it inappropriate for the Vegas show. Too bad - it really is a better song.
If she releases Vegas High as a single, this should be the B-side. They’re like bookends.
