Yes. I dig them big time. Can't wait to get the Impala finished. Gotta wait till the weld cures good before I drill the shaft for the axle I've done it before on a couple of Matchbox mustangs that were 4x4s and I converted them in to regular cars without a base. Just a glob of J B weld between the interior molding. Drilled the holes and put in M2 axles and wheels. So this should work out fine. If not I'll try a different approach with different wheels and axles. Another set like the Chevelle has would be perfect. I may have to dig out my box of premium castings and see if I have any there in doubles that have these wheels. See the M2 wheels are fixed to the axles hotwheels wheels are not. That makes it easy to just weld the axles in place. Anyway I'll get it fixed up in dew time. Thanks for watching 👍🏾😎

Indeed. Thanks David. I worked on the Chevelle again. I took the base back off and removed the front wheels and axle. And I cut the axle slot deeper. Then I J.B. Welded the wheels and axle back in place. No more tire rub. I finished the Impala too. Well almost. I gotta make some axle spacers for the front to take up the slack side to side. Same thing I had to do to all those 52 Chevy trucks. Anyway thanks for dropping by and your comment. 👍🏾😎

Hey sorry I didn't send you the screws for the racks but those are the ones I use to close my castings when I do wheel swaps, but I figured you'd know how to drill those bases to fit the racks. And I am totally fine with you passing on the yellow truck. Now I have been wanting to send you stuff since last year but then my whole situation came to a hold and I stopped shipping stuff out for a long time So I would like for you to accept this as a random act of kindness no need to send me anything I just truly appreciate your friendship Thank you thank you

Yeah. You had to move too. As for the base plates yeah I'll manage. I thought about J. B. Welding them together but then I would have difficulty removing the casting on top if needed. Maybe I'll do it to the ones I know for sure I won't be removing at any point in time. Na. I'll just do like I said in the video. I'll put three screws in them from one corner of 3 other racks.
