the "2023 air grab" is actually just an oversight on the rolling animation, it initiates when you're close to the ground, but bugs if in air or on a checkpoint (like a garage entry cp)
That makes sense. Happens to me the most when I go to my warehouses. I boost with my mk1 and jump last second at the entrance.
The fact that you play tested GTA 5 the year right after San Andreas came out is mind-blowing to me 🤯 Vice City Stories didn't even exist yet

Air Grabs still are 100% possible but only if you go really really slow. Might wanna try it in a future vid
Yeah which makes it impossible to do long and cool jump landings which is a shame :(

@@Hazardous Maybe there is a possiblity to try to jump back on the bike now that you're going slower 🤔Some stunters have experimented with that and been successful

There also used to be no ragdoll animation if you were a passenger on a motorbike and you hopped off so it was really fun to drive past an area at high speeds and have your passenger hop off like you're not moving and just blast someone or thing

Man this reminds me of old and fun glitches like the tow truck and gate launch glitch. I also remember watching a video of these guys messing with an upside down ambulance with a bulldozer and when they touch or climb the front tires they'd launch into the air

The 2005 save is when when the power went out and his consoles clock reset itself to its release date. My Xbox One does this with RDR2 all the time. And I always end up thinking my game didn't get saved because the save ends up at the bottom of the list lol 😆
So, it seems more to do with bailing as your bike is on the ground, right before hitting the stunt itself, so that you do the bail animation and the animation ends while you're over another solid surface, but the surface has to be close enough that the game doesn't start a ragdoll. That's how it seems to work.
0:11 in the gta 5 thug life community it is called landing on feet and i have never heard fail stunt before

I remember when GTA V came out on pc in the year 2015 I was having a intel dual core processor and a nvidia gt 750ti which barely got me 40 fps but when compared to today's time that fps was gold. now after a decade of this game's release I feel nostalgic and want that time back. ;-;

You can still air grab on xbox one in 2023. All you need to do is bail off your bike in mid air and spam the B button and RT button the seccond you bail.

Heheheh this guy is talking about Mk2 Oppressors being something people didn't or don't like and I've just wiped someone out in mid air with my Akula on one of those lol.

I believe this is possible on next gen just extremely rare cos I watch a lot of Vanossgaming and he was doing 'Snipers vs Stunters' after the mk2 oppressor was added and as a stunter he managed too do an air grab and landed on the platform with his friends that were sniping and he killed them haha
