These tracks were temporary built and therefore extremely(too) bouncy. Shouldn't be legal for records and so on. Usually this kind of track only appears indoors, but now outdoors the results also were "doped" by tail winds. Just look at the unnormal result level through all long- and triple jumps competitions in Rome.
