So important the information you shared in this video ❤
I've started taking spironolactone after visiting an endocrinologist, but at the same time I want to heal my hormones through changing my eating habits and doing exercise regularly. I know that if at some point I stop taking the medication and haven't changed my lifestyle previously, my acne would probably return.
Hope you continue getting better & better ❤

The food that we eat and the skin care products we use does affect our skin. Once I stopped eating food that caused my skin to break out and started a skin care routine, no more acne. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

My dermatologist is recommending me to have birth control pills for my acne and I am very afraid to take it.

Me too! And spironolactone. Which brought me here. Rooting for you.

@@artisharma4313 it’s definitely challenging to make that decision. For me, it wasn’t something I wanted but I did anyway because I felt like I had no other option.

would you say that working with a naturopath has helped you ?❤

@@amirashala2706 they helped me confirm my allergies/sensitivities but after that I didn’t see them regularly. I’d recommend getting an allergy/food sensitivity test so you know what you shouldn’t be eating.
