Despite it being average I’m super excited for it to come to SFFT, this will be TX’s first B&M dive coaster and I’m excited I can travel to SFFT in just 3hrs to ride this when it opens…I just wish my home park SFOT actually got something good

JB, I do agree but the new park president at our home park could add something big and fast I will see a b&m wing coaster by where the cliffhanger sign is by the picnic table or by where the old stadium, or maybe he's probably gonna bring back those shows did you think of that lol

I think this is a fantastic fit for the park, its nice to see Six Flags work with B&M again, X Flight was their last in 2012.

It looks like Six Flags saw the funky little dive coasters in Europe and tried to replicate them (see: Efteling/Heidi Park/Thorpe Park/Liseburg). While I don't have much confidence SF will theme or maintain the theme nearly as well as those parks I think this will be a good addition to SFFT regardless. Spanos does seem to have more common sense than Reid-Anderson when it comes to additions.

I've always thought a Dive Coaster would be a great fit for SFFT. Kinda wish the dive actually went down the quarry wall, but oh well, I guess they only have so much space & there are other coasters at the park that do that anyway.

I never quite understood why the dive machines bother with the dramatic pause on the second drop as well. Seems a bit pointless.

I agree that fiesta Texas has been doing well as far as theming goes I like the theming that they did on Wonder woman their RMC raptor.

For a dive coaster this is absolutely amazing. 95 degree drop on a dive is so smart and it looks like a lot of fun. That being said it is just a dive and it sadly doesn’t go down the quarry wall. Will still be so interesting to experience a beyond vertical dive

They’re all the same tbh they’re essentially clones with a tweak here and there. They really thought they were doing something with the 5 degree beyond vertical. The axis would have been so much more interesting.

Not tall or fast enough imo. Even tho the 95° will be amazing, I do wish it was 200-400 feet tall and 75-118 miles per hour
SFFT can’t really build that tall due to the high winds in the quarry. that’s why almost every major coaster there closes when weather slightly changes to windy
@@weedle4736 Not just that, but SFFT is landlocked and so can't really build anything too tall/sprawling.
@@chrissont4956 but they can always take out unnecessary attractions 😉 Pandemonium land can easily fit an out and back mini hyper out to the parking lot then back to the quarry.
You should know that the height nor speed of a coaster dictate how good the ride is.

Holy crap. I cannot believe that the discount chain is going with one of, if not the most expensive roller coaster manufacturer for SFFT's new addition, especially after a global pandemic. So much for an S&S Axis...

It really makes me mad that b&m isn’t willing to do SOMETHING different with dive coasters. Why do they need an Immelmann after the first drop? Why do they need a turnaround at the top of the lift? Why won’t they go back to the old restraints that everyone likes better? Why was Griffin the only one with 30 people per train? Did they just decide that was too much and they never wanted to do it again? I don’t know why they make them ALL THE SAME

i don't think i'd go on the ride due to lack of adrenaline experience, but dr. diabolical seems very worthy of being my wife.
This screams six flags. Record drop but it only 150ft tall which most dives are bigger. But this also means B&M has marketed a small model that appeals to a chain not trying to spend so much. Seems like they’re entering the small coaster market too.

Yes, the first dive coaster to seat an odd number of riders per row. Wow! The first dive coaster with several things besides being the first one built at a Six Flags park. Will anyone ever build one that seats nine across? They need to add those variations on the No Limits 2 program as well.

Now that was shocking to hear that they’re literary doing a B&M coaster on a six flags park, well don’t get me wrong but the last time they worked with B&M was 2008 or 2009 or even 2006, but hey it’s a B&M maybe it might be the only time in a long while we might have a B&M on six flags so we must at least enjoy it lol, but still the coaster is very pretty looking forward to ride it, when ever I get the chance to go to San Antonio
Well the last time B&M worked with Six Flags was back in 2012 when Six Flags Great America in Gurnee Illinois added a wing coaster to the park name X Flight.
