How's passport control for entering and visiting St Petersburg, did the immigration officer question you, if so, how long it last and you speak Russian, if so, how fluent?
Russia Is not closed, people fly in and out everyday including Americans and Europeans. I was actually on Aeroflot's first A350 flight a few years ago, you can find the video on my channel.
Thank you for the wonderful video! Istanbul Airport is probably the best and most convenient airport in the world! We have been here so many times! IGA Lounge. A good place to rest during a connecting flight! And of course, our hometown, the best city - St. Petersburg! Thank you!
Bonsoir Marc.
Turkish Airlines really needs to change their menu. I've been flying them for the past 4 years and its the same food on offer, kinda sucks for frequent fliers.
I agree with you, I fly them for almost 10 years and I always knew these meatballs with rice. However I must say that they are delicious and that Turkish is the only Airline I know in Europe who provides such quantity and quality of food inside Europe so I won't complain
@@MillionMilesMarc completely agreed!! You can get these "meatballs" in their lounge made fresh too with the same bulgar rice. Maybe I eat too much of them then to enjoy it on the plane lol. However their paper fish is always great on board too. PS: I also flew Swiss Air and their food was pretty good too.
@nkhan4 Yes a few years ago Swiss had a good chathering inside Europe. However now they followed Lufthansa offering only water and chocolate unfortunately.
@@MillionMilesMarcBefore Covid, TA had an amazing selection of different types of meals - when booking your tickets. Their fish flight meals were amazing.
About the in-flight meals in TA: what you called meatballs is called Turkish kofte. These are grilled cutlets in the oriental style. Fish in paper, which many people like on TA flights, is called Fish en Papillote (Fish in Parchment Paper)
Welcome to Moscow, welcome to Russia! Pushkin, Gagarin, Rostova Natasha!! Welcome to Russia, welcome to Moscow! Kalinka-Malinka, Matryoska, Berezka!!!!
Istanbul airport, a Coke, eclair and espresso 24 €..😂 No internet if you don't scan your passport and last only 1 hour. The only one in the world for sure. Last time..👎👎👎
Thank you for the wonderful video!!!

How did you get access to Russia? Also would you fly Aeroflot Long haul on their A350s?

@@MillionMilesMarcI've seen it. But it's crazy how you can still acces Russia. I think thought E-visa or?
Yes E visa and Visa are working nowadays

2-4-2 Is What I Preferred In Economy.Great Video And Info
A330 is the perfect plane.
@@NotYanisYanisI prefer A350
I really like the A330 for that. The 767 Is even better in terms of cabin with its 2-3-2 config

Thank you for your comment, I agree about both your statements !
I may probably stay at same time at IST with you just waiting for another A330 (TK1573) to FRA at A1 gate.
Super♥

You are wrong. Air traffic from Russia to Istanbul is the main route for transit flights to Asia, the Middle East, the Maldives, Seychelles, etc.
Why are you flying to Russia?
To have fun 😅
