Hi Elaine, The sections of the fence are adhered to the small cardstock piece. You do have to trim some of the fence down for it to work on the double z fold section.

Hi Sharon, It's part of the Autumn Goodness Bundle (stamp set and dies) by Stampin' Up! The fence is a die cut from the Autumn Wheelbarrow Dies.
