Thank you this was wonderful and extremely helpful!! Some of the health issues I have are stomach and intestines, it was amazing to see that the red spot and aching that I have had on my face for years is exactly where the stomach channel is! Thank you for imparting the knowledge and tools to help ourselves. Much appreciation. 🙏🏻🙏🏻Would love to see more videos like this …😊
You're so welcome, we're so glad that this has helped you! We will definitely make sure to include more acupressure videos, thank you for the feedback 💛
Hi there! For puffy eyes we recommend the Clear Quartz Crystal Eye Mask gently placed over the eyes for 5 minutes to reduce puffiness. You can also use the Jade Precision tool and place over the eyes to cool and reduce puffiness, or alternatively one of our Beauty Restorers over the eyes too. For a runny nose, we would recommend, watching the Allergies and Hayfever masterclass on Katie's website www.katiebrindle.com and download the free 'Allergies' guide too. I do hope this helps 💛
Yes! Although the organ might have been removed, the energetic channel remains. In Chinese Medicine you have the seen (the physical), and the unseen (the energetic). The meridians are the energetic pathways that run through the whole of the body connecting with each other, so qi (energy) will still flow through them even if the physical organ has been removed. However, it will be helpful to particularly focus on nourishing and clearing the channel, so we would recommend our 12 Rivers and Katie's Healing Qigong classes over on www.hayoufit.com as an addition to your self-care practice to ensure any imbalance is addressed. We offer a 7 day free trial! Hope this helps 💛
Also, the Liver and Gallbladder are paired, so you can Gua Sha or comb around the day mai, down the sides of the body, down the outside of the legs (from the thigh) and up the inside of the legs to help strengthen this meridian. We also offer a free Liver Guide on our founder, Katie Brindle's website: www.katiebrindble.com 💛
