    As a braider, would you say there’s less braids when doing triangle parts versus box parts?

    • @Twistncoilstee
      @Twistncoilstee  3 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Hmmm 🤔 good question! In my opinion, I think there would be less braids with the triangle parts vs box parts. I’d love to hear what other braiders think 💭! Thanks for watching 🖤

      Adding more rows will increase the amount. Depends on density of the hair the final look.

    Ms TwistNCoils, once freshly done do you leave the style as is until the next wash n style day or do go in after a few days to refresh? If you refresh is it just the scalp with oils or that plus spraying the hair with a Little water? One thing I'd appreciate is if you can insert a pic of how your husband hair looks like after a week or longer to see how good the style holds up . You do such a fantastic job.

    • @Twistncoilstee
      @Twistncoilstee  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I do leave the style as is, however I do moisturize as needed maybe once a week! We normally keep his style for 3 weeks. I will post a clip on my story of a twist refresh for you. I appreciate the love and support always!

  • @OhVideoDiary
    @OhVideoDiary 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Love the video. What’s the takedown process like as far as hair retention and the rubber bands? I want to try but I’m afraid of the rubber bands breaking my hair off. Thank you 🙏🏽

    • @Twistncoilstee
      @Twistncoilstee  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I really appreciate the love! The takedown process is really easy, we just cut the rubber bands and unravel the twist. I understand your concern, you definitely have to be careful with rubber bands.....I love soaking mine in a little oil to prevent breakage and of course moisturizing daily or as needed will prevent breakage. Dry hair breaks, so we definitely take the moisture up a notch when wearing protectives styles. I hope this helps, Thanks for watching!🖤

    What are you doing in the root? Braid then twist? Rubber band? Or you just put a lot of gel then twist?

    • @Twistncoilstee
      @Twistncoilstee  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I added product to the root and then a rubber band to hold the hair, however you could braid then twist if you prefer not to use a rubber band. Thanks for watching 🖤!
