I am here in Giove now, in an Airbnb just down the hillside past Cammino di San Valentino. After studying your videos last spring as a prep for my trip, it was a dream come true for me to find La Chiave dei Sapori Ristorante and see the finished product. Your antique displays and dining room arrangements are superb, and Castello di Giove is looking its best too!

This is so exciting! Did you meet chef Leo in the restaurant? I hope you have a chance to meet him! Make sure you take a trip to the city of Orvieto nearby if you get a chance! Depending on how long you are there you can go on the castle Instagram and message them and they will tell you what day they have the castle open to see. Usually the weekends!
