Russian Oligarchs are state sanctioned former government officials that run large corporations at the will of the president for their mutual benefit. American billionaires are wealthy business owners that financially influence government officials, primarily Republicans, to increase profits and retain wealth.
One lesson I've learned from millionaires is to always put your money to work, no matter how small. Even investing €200 per month can compound to tremendous wealth over decades. The key is to keep going!

Oligarchs accumulated wealth by gobbling up the assets once owned by the Communist state, during the wreckage of the failed Soviet Union after 1991. Crony capitalism is rich folk keeping their rich folk friends rich. Quite simple.
The whole point of wealth for me is freedom. My magic number in my mind is 5 million needed at 65 to not worry about anything. Am i better off investing a good portion of my income into stocks or real estate to achieve this goal?
Varied sources of income is wise and especially living within your means. My net worth is $2M and I can pay my bills with no stress, but I don't live like I have that. I have no complaints.
Money advice is subjective, what works for you may not work for someone else, but it's always better to plan. stock act (introduced during obama's 1st term) is intended to be enforced by the executive branch. this had an initial effect when it landed, but obviously when executive branch needs to work with a hostile legislative branch, the effectiveness of the executive branch is subdued. plus, the insider trading laws are notoriously non-specific, therefore increasing the difficulty of enforcement unless it's something obv (like bribery). it's also worth noting that the judicial branch was specifically excluded from this act until Biden signed-in the Courthouse Ethics and Transparency act.

@rcchristian2 2 reasons. 1 People who scroll through comments have to be exposed to the idea that they are being propagandized. As Matthias Desmet says, you have to keep telling them. Yup. It's just how the game is played. 💪😎✌️ Rich gotta rich.
@@Novastar.SaberCombat but you know what "exchange" means?... Right?
Yeah exchange murderers and frauds for a journalist
CNBC was baking it for that precisely. Clickbait titles and all that buzz
What about Pelosi or congress? What about European politicians?
What about!
Wow! This has to be the best investigative story on Russian hacking and financial crime I've seen in decades. TY!
What is the difference between crony capitalism and oligarchy..? 🤔
Both of them are doing well & gotta make that money by any means necessary...🤣
Oligarchs accumulated wealth by gobbling up the assets once owned by the Communist state, during the wreckage of the failed Soviet Union after 1991. Crony capitalism is rich folk keeping their rich folk friends rich. Quite simple.
Accent
Oligarchy, their freedom and rights aint protected by the constitution because we said so.
Nothing
The U.S. debt is $35 trillion. America must bring them back.
Loved the style of this report! Excellent storytelling. This could be a movie!
Them speaking English in that Russian accent makes it truly authentic........LOL!!!!
Exactly, they r still in times of Red Alert ) Story sounds like a fake. These “agents” look like actors to me
😂😂😂
Diabolical and Duplicitous, like Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale
It sounds like his second in command comrade just got rid of his boss by encouraging him to travel.
I'm quite lucky exposed to personal finance at an early age, started job 19, bought first home 28, got laid-off work 36 amid covid-outbreak, and at once I consulted an advisor to handle growing my finance. As of today, I'm only 25% short of my $1m goal after subsequent investments.
bravo! i'm 46, inherited money from a childless relative and traveled overseas, got married to a lady almost my age, but the only issue is how to preserve and grow my wealth in view of retirement, can your advisor be of help please?
I work with Jessica Lee Horst as my licensed advisor. Simply look up the name. You would discover the information you needed to schedule an appointment.
Thank you for sharing, I must say, Jessica appears to be quite knowledgeable. After coming across her web page, I went through her resume and it was quite impressive. I reached out and scheduled a call
Well, it’s not as much as 300 billion dollar that the US stole from Russia 😂
Significantly part of which belongs ordinary millions of russians citizens.
This is why I don't stand for Governments, but the people. Because I side with ordinary Russian and American people.
Not just Russia, the whole globe....
I came across your channel through this video-case studies are incredibly valuable, and I'm eager to see more in the future! Building wealth involves establishing routines, like consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for smart investments..
You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.
That sounds like a good plan. In the past two years, working closely with a financial market specialist, I've built a six-figure diversified stock portfolio. Now, I aim to diversify even more this year.
Talking about a financial market specialist, do you consider anyone worthy of recommendations? I have about 100k to test the waters now that large cap stocks are at a discount... Thanks
ANGELA LYNN SCHILLING' is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Thank you for this tip. It was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her resume.
This documentary would have never been made if they disadvantaged poor people and not the rich
US lawmakers are doing it every day, russians just learning from the best
😂
The irony. Cuz these guys were released in the prisoner swap (today) for wall street journal journalist. If you ask me, Putin got the last laugh.
I’m sure Putin thinks he did.
@@EamonJavers1 he pretty much did
SLAVA UKRAINE!
Now, tell me why this guy was awarded a medal by the Russian government and signed in English by Vladamir Putin, who I have never heard speak English, and would choose to sign his signature in English rather than Russian. Hum!🤣
Great comment!
US senators also trade on inside information 😂 why are we getting this now ?! Rofl 🤣 😂 🤣
stock act (introduced during obama's 1st term) is intended to be enforced by the executive branch. this had an initial effect when it landed, but obviously when executive branch needs to work with a hostile legislative branch, the effectiveness of the executive branch is subdued. plus, the insider trading laws are notoriously non-specific, therefore increasing the difficulty of enforcement unless it's something obv (like bribery). it's also worth noting that the judicial branch was specifically excluded from this act until Biden signed-in the Courthouse Ethics and Transparency act.
Thank you for the great and interesting report!
Yes agreed. The troIIs certainly attacked the comment section, so the video must have hit the head of the nail.
Why don’t you guys investigate people who stole billions of dollars? 😂😂😂
"they sauna together naked..."🤣🤣🤣🤣took me out
That's completely normal in Europe. Even sauna areas in public baths are often naked-only
Right 😂😂😂😂
this is how bad they are bro!!!!

Yeah, I cringed at that too!!
Great video.
its not hacking, its just insane incompetence
You don’t think the US is doing the same or worse? We have a long history of this type of activity and far worse; it’s what governments do. 🤔
Was this a comedy segment? Thank goodness for clearing up all the confusion. Here, I was thinking wall street hedge funds were shorting the market. Whew. Great work. I never laughed so hard.
THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR STOCKS, INSTEAD OF THE JOBS SENT OVERSEAS
i strongly suspect his investors knew the profits were based on insider trading, they gave him half.

This Russian spy was a very entertaining guy to interview. I wish I could tell you more about what his life is like. Maybe he’s worth a whole documentary himself!
@@EamonJavers1 exactly why US gave him and his fam green card in exchange for inside kremlin info
What's with the spy being dubbed, rather than subtitles? If we can't hear the original voice or language, how can we be sure the dub is accurate?

You think they have access to the witness protection program, lol
wasn't the head of the oversight committee arrested today for insider trading? i mean you're going after people for things youre doing yourself
Never mind “ overseas”…..
Start by checking some of the members of Congress for insider trading too…..!!

The US government stole 400B$ from Russian assets in the US. I hope those hackers can balance 🙂
I have to denigrate your parent company, NBC -- I can't even watch their news programming, it's so bad -- because I want you guys to know how delightfully surprised I am at how good of a job you are doing with this content and this reporting. I can literally binge every video you put up on this channel! That's how quality it is. Keep up the great work. And I hope NBC continues to give you the freedom and support to make reports like this.
I’m going to take this as a compliment.
@@EamonJavers1 absolutely CNBC’s reporting and content is so much better than the parent company CNBC >>> NBC

How us investors have stole trillions dollars from people
damn CNBC be pumping out bangers now
Thanks! We think so.
Since it's CNBC your cab be sure this is an accurate story worth watching.
This was an interesting and well made piece.
What happened to the uncovered airline shorts on 9/11 why was the name never released? What happens if congress men buy stock acting insider news? By the way what happened to Epstein or after the Nsa spying scandal, wikileaks and the helicopter shooting? Since you do great documentaries maybe you can cover those topics?
He who lives by the sword, dies by the sword

America loses money all the time and sends it places where it shouldn't be sent!!!
You mean the people who are world class hackers let someone track their IP address?
Trading is dangerous and highly corrupted. They should never allow regular people to risk all they're life savings on this...
What's too bad is that if this weren't CNBC, it would probably be valid information. As it stands, you have to assume this is proppa gann dah.
@rcchristian2 2 reasons. 1 People who scroll through comments have to be exposed to the idea that they are being propagandized. As Matthias Desmet says, you have to keep telling them. It's the only way. 2 I'm familiar with the way weave truth together with fiction; it's an age-old strategy, and I don't have to do that for my personal benefit on every such video like this I see. That's time that could be spent figuring things out in much more direct ways.
Just beating about the bush... Putin earns 1billion every 20 days.. you are talking about 2million.. so childish
they made nearly $100m in 3 years by hacking non public information, what planet are you living on vatnik?
2 million off a single trade....but go on with your misinformation....
@@theaccountant5846 You forgot to call them a Russian Bot or a Putin Puppet.
Agree. The numbers seem inconsequential, when there are many other ways to hit back at Putin and his cronies, which have a greater financial impact on them...
Judging by the army of RuZZian bots in the comments, I see this has struck a nerve with the little Gremlin in the Kremlin. Excellent reporting. Keep it up.
What about a topic "how America stole billions from Russia?".
It's crazy how vulnerable retail investors are. Very happy that there was a happy ending in this story though.
