[Scrap Fabric] Crazy quilt hand-sewn coasters for beginners

I tried a crazy quilt using scrap fabric.
I'm not good at patchwork, which requires advance preparation, so I had a lot of fun making crazy quilts that I could create in my own style.
I think it's an easy challenge for beginners to handicrafts as well.

Crazy quilt is a patchwork made by randomly connecting different shapes of cloth. It is characterized by a free style that does not use patterns, allowing you to create unique works.
When you concentrate on your craft, distractions naturally disappear and your mind and body become very relaxed.
It is said that by increasing concentration and feeling of absorption, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems are balanced, which leads to stabilization of the autonomic nervous system.
Also, the feeling of accomplishment when completing a piece of work causes neurotransmitters such as dopamine to be secreted in the brain, leading to a feeling of happiness and satisfaction!
