Celebrations really got me back into Pokémon because the old cards of my day are hella expensive so it gave me so much nostalgia

Same thing happened here. Celebrations turned me back into an 8 year old. I'm 32 now lol
I just bought most the base set holos, except the big dogs, each for less than 20 bucks man. I figured if ppl are paying 20 bucks for evolutions bcuz of nostalgia, ill buy the real.

My two favourite sets are Celebrations and Brilliant Stars but if i was in a life or death situation I'm gonna choose Celebrations beacuse honestly and I know it's got only four cards BUT, you never know, you could pull an AMAZING RARE ( You can pull an amazing rare even in brilliant stars but I think Celebrations hits chances are higher )
Among many high ranked picks, I would say celebrations is one of my most favorite sets. It gave a lot of us who didn’t collect in the vintage era to experience pulling some older cards. The reprints of classic collection cards are amazing and having the original trinity was the icing on the cake!

My favourite set of all time is steam siege! (jk) For me its Cosmic Esclipe or Hidden Fates. Glad you pulled the a "vintage" pack! Amazing Vid! Thanks a lot! Love the energy
Celebrations may be one of my favorite newer sets, not only cause of the reprints, but also because I love using the Flying Pikachu V cards in decks.

My favorite is/was the fossil set. I had a collection when I was a kid but found out my mom donated everything not knowing the value so now I’m buying on eBay trying to rebuild slowly, haha

My favorite set is Detective Pikachu! It was my first pack I was at the movies and they gave us a pack. I got Detective Pikachu!

I know and realize this is a newer set but I do really like Brilliant Stars. Yes, the older sets are amazing but Brilliant Stars has been really the first time I’ve been extremely excited about opening packs in a while. Yes, Celebrations was fun also. However this current set to me and my personal opinion has just been the best one in a while.

My favorite set has to be platinum base set, my grandma always used to buy me Pokémon cards and these cards are the ones I have the most fond memories of! She unfortunately passed away two years ago, but I always remember how much fun I had opening these packs with her

Favorite pack would be EX Holon Phantoms. never opened one before but it has a Gold Star Gyarados. BTW I bought 5 of those mystery boxes and man did I bomb on them lol. Saddest video I uploaded lmao.

Rev, Choosing my single favorite pack of all time is such an Impossible question. It's like picking a favorite child. Too many would be good and many more that are great. My favorite set would have to be legendary collection. From the cards that came from my childhood through out the years JUST JAM PACKED WITH THE BEST REVERSE HOLO PATTERN IN HISTORY OF POKEMON.
Childhood favorite was ruby and sapphire because it was my first game with gen 3. Currently I love celebrations
There are a lot of sets but I think my favorite set is Celebrations because I’ve had a lot of luck with it. And it’s just really fun to open with the reprints of all of the older cards.
Team rocket has always been my favorite set. Dude those where solid packs but those pulls.... disappointing....

My favourite set of all time is Fossil by a mile. It just has so many of my favourite Pokémon; Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, Gengar, Aerodactyl. Can't beat it! 😁
I loved base set unlimited but being 9-10 years old opening it. I didn’t really know much but brilliant stars has been the set getting me back into Pokémon and now collecting Hidden Fates sealed product and PSA 10 cards. Pokémon will be a pass time that we never forget and once you start opening packs, you will ask yourself why did you stop.

Started collecting when I lived in Vegas at the age of 8 ... Bought tons of the original packs, and idk I guess I kinda just got burned out on em because when the Gym Heros packs came out I absolutely loved them... But like I said I think it was just the difference in the artwork that amused me .. but nonetheless I'd still have to say my favorites were those of the Gym Heros packs.
I am really Biggest Pokemon fan but my country doesn't exists pokemon cards I am really sad at this I made my own pokemon cards using paper and cardboard but these pokemon cards are Awesome my favourite cartoon pokemon and I don't even have 1 pokemon card but still ok I hope I will get pokemon cards in future My country don't have pokemon cards :(
Favourite set might be ex Hidden Legends, don't ask me why. I'd have to say that sone are just amazing like Hidden Fates and Brilliant Stars in terms of the variety of cards, the pull rates and rarities but other sets are just so iconic with a great theme to them, even if they disappoint. Hidden Legends is one of them. Ex sets on general like Base and Aqua and Magma, Dragon, Delta Species etc. all are my favourites.

Out of the 90's packs, I gotta go with Fossil (bc it is the one pack I vividly remember opening packs of) and out of the newer packs, I say Hidden Fates
Oddly enough, it was Jungle. It was the first time I ever completed a set of Pokemon cards. I opened so many packs and bought a lot of singles at the time which was an obsession. Many of which were first edition. Unfortunately the entire set suffered water damage from a water pipe leak about 15yrs ago. The entire first 18-25 cards in the set were destroyed. :(
Hey man i love your videos have a question for ya! i was going threw my old Pokémon cards from over 20 years ago ( all base set / fossil / team rocket/) and i believe i found a whole bunch of fake Korean cards when i visited there in 2005.... what is the best way to find out if all these cards are real or fake???

Definantly a rip off. .for $20 there is no value there at all. If you factor in chances for a solid pull plus the value of the packs $20 for 1 pack and a worthless card is ridiculous much like a lot of the Pokémon card market now . It’s ridiculous . It really pushes a lot of people away from the hobby
Right now, despite the horrible pull rates I've had, fusion strike would be my favourite set because all the amazing mew arts (mew being one of my favourite pokemon of all time)

My favorite set of all time has to be ex delta species! I started collecting in 2003 (born in 1998) and the delta species were my favorite as a kid

Neo Genesis is my fave set, followed up with Holo Pichu as my fave card. So much so I bought a graded one for my personal collection.
My favorite set of all time is the 25th anniversary pokemon celebrations especially since I stopped collecting until this one set brung me.back to my child hood it was an incredible experience and it will always stay as my favorite set of all time
Favourite set has to be gym heroes/gym challenge.
Just loved they way they added personality to the gym leader's pokemon.
Shame they don't do that anymore.

Base set for me. Not because it is expensive or the hits, just because the memories of being small and could only buy couple of booster packs each time. Pulling out a hit felt way better then than now.

Where it all started, Base set. Remember doing chores around the house to run to the shop and buy a booster pack for like £2.50 back in the 90s
My favourite is the Jungle set. It has a normal amount of cards so it's easier and cheaper to complete it and the Pokemon look so vintage. It also has the Eevolutions holo & non-holo which is awesome

I’m low income and can’t afford a lot of Pokemon sets especially vintage stuff. I’d say my favourite set I’ve opened so far is Hidden Fates.
All set is wonderful, however SM2 Guardians Rising is the first set I opened and my first pull is a Tapu Lele GX (SR), so I give my vote to Guardians Rising.
