They don't like it when I'm in my power- I know who I am- but if people don't want what I have why would I put myself out there for people to knock me down and squash me? When I step into my power people see my light and want to hurt me. So I say ok I'll do it behind closed doors and I've withdrawn from people because they don't want what I have or hurt me. I’ve always dreamed of being a songwriter and have written lyrics since I was very young but I was never able to afford a guitar or lessons and was never able to put music to my lyrics. A couple of years ago I was finally able to buy my first guitar and am now learning to play. People say I’m never gonna be successful because I’m too old and don’t have any connections to people in the industry.
