The single thing most challenging to get right in UPT was the T-38 No Flap landing, at least in my experience. Timing and finesse was absolutely crucial and it happened very fast. Thanks for posting this.
Single-engine approaches were also a bitch, almost as bad as trying to think 7 seconds ahead of the Tweet while the engines spooled-up and decided to respond.
I'm happy to watch this video on and on. I have learned a lot about the *white rocket*. I'm aware that half of students won't succeed the demanding handling of the undergraduate course. That was the way the USAF trained the F-101/ F- 102 , F-104 , F-105 , F-5 and F4 phantom fighter pilots

I bet it felt like you were going to slam the T-38 onto the ground doing that.
An actual No-Flap landing isn’t too bad. I had to do an actual one on RWY 13C at Laughlin. Pretty white-bread.

The failure rate was not that high. I think we only had a couple that washed out and none when we went from the T-37 to the T-38.
