You have to crouch at seek chase and under the vent in the lever room if the lever spawns in the room connected to the vent, otherwise you can't progress. NoobSapiens has stated in the description that they will only crouch when necessary. Also, second seek chase has a chance to spawn with crouch spaces as of The Backdoor update.

What you have taught me - if ur scared use vitamins for seek -have a candle for green house -have crucifix out for figure -its not impossible if you dont crouch or hide
Something i found: Rush never opens door 98, and every time i did he didn’t spawn, basically means you can wing it once door 97 is opened. However if you speedrun from like door 96 rush could still spawn

The video says no crouching and when you were running from seek you crouched but you had to so I’m just going to say, you can still continue with the challenge. Also a fan
(about door 100) Don't rush taking fuses on the second floor - each fuse increases speed and hearing radius of the Figure. You can check how many fuses are there and collect them at the end after collecting all the other ones from the main section with Figure. This way it will be easier to avoid it in some situations🌟
Tip when ever u have to choose a door and u cant remember the previse door number just go close up to one door and u will hear like a growl if u hear a growl go to the other door :)

What a coincidence that in every room Rush and Ambush spawned in, there was always that perfect spot for you that didn't require you to hide. There had to be AT LEAST one room where the previous rooms or the following rooms had nothing and just one room with just one closet. But people are easily fooled so what can I say.

First of all, it’s called seek. Second of all, it’s literally impossible to not crouch during a seek chase because you wouldn’t be able to progress.
