I love duplex apartment as well. Big problem is not friendly for old parents. Is happen to me after 10 years. Now parents cannot walk. Mostly now a day new development, kitchen & living floor no extra bedroom.
one of my life goal is to buy a house for my parents , especially after they worked so hard for me and my brother , eventho they're not rich but they always try their best to work hard & to earn a living and provide for the family ( especially for our future studies )

please don't envy us, we know we are lucky to have bigger properties for a fraction of your price. We can buy several condos with the price of one HDB. That's the benefit of living in Malaysia
