How does a small boy who suffered from social anxiety grow up to stand in front of 14,000 people to share his heart and music? That story has many layers and will be shared one day soon. In the meantime, celebrate with us the sharing of the Native flute with so many!
The name of the song that I performed in this video is called Dancing Stardust from my Moonsongs album which won a NAMMY (Native American Music Award) in 2019.

When this came through on my phone and I watched it, my mind automatically went back to Musical Echoes where several of us chipped in to get you a flute and Mary Youngblood presented it to you on stage one night. Then to when you would play to maybe 20 or 25 people at Dock Silverhawk's event, then moving to ME and performing to larger and larger crowds at ME and Native Rhythms. So proud of you young man, and always enjoyed watching your booth when you would perform on stage. I know that your family is very, very proud of you Jonny, keep going young man, you are blessing and healing people. Hope to catch up with you again somewhere down the road.
