Completing the Corn Silage Preparation: Covering Two Bins | Carpathian Farm | FS 22 | Timelapse #19

Welcome back to the Carpathian Countryside Farm Timelapse. We continue to make corn silage and fill the bin with chaff. With the cutting of our bountiful cornfield, we seized the opportunity to expand our operations by investing a substantial 500K to acquire the neighboring cornfield. This strategic move ensures our continued access to the freshest corn for silage production.
Indeed, this endeavor was no walk in the park. We encountered challenges along the way, with one of our trusty trucks succumbing to a breakdown, necessitating its sale and the acquisition of a new, reliable replacement. The trials were numerous, but the rewards have proven immeasurable.
Our diligence and commitment have culminated in the successful filling of not one, but two silage bins with premium corn chaff. These bins will soon undergo the magical transformation of fermentation, ultimately yielding just over four million liters of exquisite silage. The result? A testament to our unwavering dedication to quality and the pursuit of agricultural excellence.
