Kung lagpas na po sa nakasulat sa warrant yung ginawang search. Kung ang nakalagay ay search of room 1 lang tapos nagsearch sa room 2, maari po na unreasonable na yunh search sa room 2.

Sir pano pag may na search na, aarestuhin na po ba yung suspect or kokoha mona ng WOA tsaka aarestohin yung suspect? Maraming salamat sir

Kung wala pong warrant of arrest at yung tao ay hindi naman gumawa, gagawa pa lang o gumagawa ng isang criminal offense, hindi po sya pwede arestuhin.

Tandaan po na pwede lang ma aresto ang isang tao kung merong warrant of arrest or kung available ang warrantless arrest. Pwede lang po ang warrantless arrest kung yung aarestuhin ay had just committed, about to commit or actually committing a criminal offense.
