It sounds like the entire mix is lowered a semitone or two from the original songs.

Greg Velez Oh ok. I have reduced tempos without changing the pitch with Audacity. Idk if you were trying to avoid the pitch shift or not. Some of the songs sound good with the pitch change. Lol this is basically an HSP set lol. I like it though, good job.

Greg Velez Audacity is free and its easy to change the tempo. I use it all the time to change the tempo of acapellas so I can remix songs. I found this video but he is using the percentage slider just use the option below the percentage section. You can directly change bpm, you just need to type the original bpm of the track and then the bpm you want to change it to.
