RAIL Bill Purdie Interview Updated Apr 2023

We're excited to share footage from when Larry Dyer sat down with Bill Purdie in 2002. Bill was the head of the Southern Railway steam program and a major chapter and museum member.

Great Video. Mr. Purdie was a giant in the preservation community, I wish I could have had to honor of shaking his hand. "You sure she'd run at least 90....oh yeah"
