Active voice-
They have proved him wrong.
Passive voice-
He has been proved wrong by them.
4. Simple past tense:
Active voice-
She made a mistake.
Passive voice-
A mistake was made by her.

I think that this sentence can't be changed into a passive voice in a normal way.
