Wish someone would congratulate me the was Harry congratulated Randy on his small yet also big achievement. Weight loss is actually really hard but people around me never congratulate me on the little things 😢
I have a MSc in Nutrition, Randy. Would love to help with the weight goals. Tiny bit of advice - just a 250-300 calorie deficit from your maintenance calorie total is plenty. This way you are not messing with your metabolism too. Tracking is a bore but it is 100% worth it. You might be surprised that you can treat yourself a little more and still maintain the diet if you track versus veering off the diet path as you're so far under maintenance that you end up losing motivation due to feeling like sh*t.

Love your content, golfs amazing for weight loss, it gets you outdoors walking doing something you enjoy. And if you do go to the gym, I often jump on the treadmill for a hour, watch some dragon ball Z and time flies. Keep it up
Really enjoy seeing what you get up to daily. My day involves getting up 7am walking to my desk then stay at my desk till 11pm really need to start losing weight and seeing you doing the same is getting me motivated

You might be able to sell the card at a slight premium if it’s high chance of psa10 but the fact is that it’s not a 10 yet and he can’t guarantee it. Plus the buyer will still need to go through the hassle and cost of grading it
