- This is a video of how to make your own medicine ball for under $15.
What you need:
An old basketball
Cat litter (or sand, shredded rubber, styrofoam, memory foam, rocks, etc.)
Rubber repair patch kit
Athletic tape or hockey tape
Sharp razor blade
Marker
Scissors
2-liter pop bottle (to make a funnel) - กีฬา

Is athletic tape what we call masking tape in UK I wonder. The ball looked good without the tape though.
Athletic tape is also known as sports tape. Most athletic trainers use it for taping injuries. Also, the tape helps reinforce the patch so that it does not split open with future use.
