I'm looking to get a fully build, sleeved, closed deck engine somewhere next year aiming for about 500bhp+ with a g25-550, copying the 500bhp 1.6 swapped mk8 fiesta from pumaspeed in preparation of my attempt of an awd swap. Do you guys offer a service like this? I'm specifically looking for a crate engine since i'm located in the Netherlands. I've been looking at the black top crate engine from pumaspeed which would come down to about 10k euro before shipping and taxes when specced to my liking, but i've been hearing mixed things about their engine builds, sometimes forgetting to torque things correctly, so i'm kind of looking for which options there are.
Hey guys, really liking the build, I'm interested in the manifold, I've asked one or 2 tuners about them and fitting one to mine which is a stock turbo at the moment, they say they lose power and not really worth it even when going bigger turbo s280/x47r etc have you noticed in your testing if they do improve the turbo response/power. Hi, this tubular manifold uses a V-band so we could fit the Pulsar turbo, it is part of the 'big turbo' kit we have designed. If you are referring to the tubulars that fit stock frame turbos, we haven't done any back to back testing on how well they do work but I certainly can't imagine them losing you any power. On a stock turbo the gains would be very minimal, if at all, with a tubular but once you get to the bigger hybrids I would definitely say there should be some gains there. If something you are considering we would be more than happy to run back to back tests of stock manifold vs tubular, may make for another interesting video!

Made just over 400hp before project was unfortunately abandoned due to a change in circumstances 😔 definitely had 450 in it though!

What Torque specs do you use when tighting the Rod bolts?

This was made by one of our fabrication partners but our new V2 turbo kit to be released early this year is all made in house :)
