I own a kicks diesel and just love every aspect of this car. From the exterior design to ride quality, suspension and steering, every thing has been very good. Just beats Creta and seltos in terms of build quality and ride quality. Great design work.

Really a good car Kicks . I booked magnite. But when I saw and entered the kicks I felt that the premium class ... Really a dominated and commending car more than creta and seltos. It really compete with harriar and xuv 500 .
I own a kicks turbo...100% watever u said are true.... its a beast to drive on highways...it effortlessly goes to 150 - 160 km/hr and you feel like going at 90 or 100 km/hr...thats how good this car is and a well engineered car...

As you said, probably KICKS isn't the car for someone who looks at it only from a "Value For Money" / "Feature Rich" perspective. I own Nissan Micra facelift model for 8 years. Planning to add a car. Nissan service was okay in Chennai and the engine, you'll never complain and you'll miss many features in Nissan. My second thoughts for Kicks after watching the video, also planning for MG Astor or Honda City. Thanks for clarifying about kicks MW. Could've talked about why it is still serious underdog in the market and the reasons.
I have Innova 2014 modal 2.5G. It has hydraulic power steering. Great steering for enthusiastic drivers. But not in engine pick-ups. Even at 130kmph we can easily cut and ride. Not even single mis balance we can see in that steering.

really i should appreciate MW bcoz this is the only one channel where they used to give reviews for passengers seat comfort …after seeing your videos .. i purchased duster turbo ..kicks nd duster both use same engine and as said in this video while overtaking the power was really amazing ..i tried both creta and seltos both are good but for rear passengr duster have good occupancy and interior was not good as creta and seltos ..otherwise superb..thank you MW ❣️

I 've this car top end in Diesel dual tone, bought on 14.2.19. As you said its a driver car. Best handling, body rolling, and the best pickup even in 4th gear at the speed of 35km to 90km is superub. I've driven this to Max of 156 kmph. it has a good space in the back and a good suspension I love NISSAN brand. My idea is " why this car is under rated" because its PRICE and spare cost.
Ai completely agree with the reviewer. Nissan Kicks is the best Mid Size SUV in the market with ₹54 lakhs worth Mercedes GLA Engine. Originally, I booked Seltos HTX+ IVT last February and was waiting for 2 months. When i test drive Nissan Kicks during the waiting period, I was completely floored by its ride quality which has been explained very well here which I actually experienced during Test Drive. I later cancelled Seltos and bought Kicks Turbo CVT

I own nissan kicks diesel what he had said is absolutely true . Great value for money , handling ,comfort steering and safety. One let down is service that too depend upon ur dealer. But Indian mentality to buy wat most people buy irrespective of the specification.
I own a diesel Kicks with 30K km on the odo. I completely agree with your feedback and the suspension is set up tad stiff but still it doesn't compromise on comfort. Purely a drivers bliss,as I did a recent 800km within 12 hours!! If Nissan India could have promoted this well and worked on expanding their service network, we would be seeing more Kicks on the roads. Also its not too late!
@@safeer610 I would arrange them in order from best to worst 1. Reliability - Best in the business 2. Rattling noise - No such rattling and road noise. Cabin is superiorly insulated. 3. Mileage - 14 kmpl in city and 17 kmpl in highways (100-120 kmph) 4.Service cost - around 7k per service 5. Oil leakage - Not reported by anyone in a community of 100+ kicks owners 6.ASS - This is where it loses points but still its not the worst.
Nice video sir. Kicks failed because of bad marketing of nissan. But with magnite's success, they can revive kicks. For the next underrated car, can you test drive compass manual. Tough to get one though . If not automatic petrol. Underrated because next to that brilliant diesel, everyone gives this one a miss. There isn't much reviews in online for petrol version either.

The problem with kicks, taigun, kushaq, all the 3 doesn't have diesel engine option. On other end seltos, creta, Nexon, harrier have diesel option. Diesel engines + manual transmission + suv body type is the current trend.

Hello MW bro, Right at the start of the video you mentioned that this car has bagged 5 star rating in overseas crash tests which is actually global model based on Nissan V platform but Indian kicks is based on duster platform which is made to cost and has poor ratings. Mahindra Verito - most underrated Sedan. If you get chance please review this car. I owned a used Mahindra Verito 1.5 L D4 variant (Diesel). I loved it for it's unmatched comfort for passenger seat and the economical figures. I am a huge fan of automobiles. And I love your videos coz of your language and the way you convey things. Well Contented..Kudos to Motowagon..really a best SUV in the segment..but unfortunately lost its position to harrier & seltos due to inadequate Marketing & Premium pricing..I observe people telling less features...but if we deep look..it has. Intro super and pleasant. After your podcast you bring Kicks as 1st car in underrated series it's really great. I didn't choose kicks due to petrol and European interior, but i always prefer and still using Hydraulic steering because it gives best feedback in highways and in city it's tough but practice makes it's easier from my experience. Last point was the one I felt, I was jst roaming during the vist in Nissan showroom I jst opened the boot of kicks ...the heaviness of the boot door shows how solid this car, Nissan has cup of cake in their hands, they jst need to add some colourings to the cake🤪 to make the kicks a hot seller. I drove a new Nissan Rogue 2016 in the US ( roughly 20L). When I came home I wanted to go for nissan- But the Kicks didn't have half of the features I enjoyed in Rogue. I ultimately got Kushaq.

Recently we planned to buy a family car in this pandemic, subconsciously I thought SUV type car are perfect for big family. But seeing the reviews of CSUV's none of them has practical rear space! So we goes on to Creta, harrier. I never consider the kicks as an option. I also thought nissan released the kicks for the sake of SUV place in Indian market. But later on seeing your reviews I got the right perspective in selection of true crossover or SUV! 🙌🙌🙌

Right at the start of the video you mentioned that this car has bagged 5 star rating in overseas crash tests which is actually global model based on Nissan V platform but Indian kicks is based on duster platform which is made to cost and has poor ratings. But otherwise a brilliant review in Tamil and this car thoroughly deserves respect from enthusiasts!!
The Platform is right. But the material like Steel, Hot Stamped panels, intrusion beams make it stronger

I didn't choose kicks due to petrol and European interior, but i always prefer and still using Hydraulic steering because it gives best feedback in highways and in city it's tough but practice makes it's easier from my experience. Last point was the one I felt, I was jst roaming during the vist in Nissan showroom I jst opened the boot of kicks ...the heaviness of the boot door shows how solid this car, Nissan has cup of cake in their hands, they jst need to add some colourings to the cake🤪 to make the kicks a hot seller. Time for a facelift of kicks with some modern techs. (PS: showrooms are ready to give around 75k discounts on kicks),

Recently we planned to buy a family car in this pandemic, subconsciously I thought SUV type car are perfect for big family. But seeing the reviews of CSUV's none of them has practical rear space! So we goes on to Creta, harrier. I never consider the kicks as an option. I also thought nissan released the kicks for the sake of SUV place in Indian market. But later on seeing your reviews I got the right perspective in selection of true crossover or SUV! 🙌🙌🙌

All your reviews and motocast are technically sound and practical with layman terms.One suggestion from my side I was looking the Pillar placements and their pros and cons interms of blindspots due to A pillar B Pillar C Pillar placement, kind of points in your reviews of each car...Maybe a separate video to cover or comparison on maximum selling cars will be helpful.Just a suggestion,if that leads to critics of the brand ,do as per your justification
