I am actually teary eyed! I used to play saxophone several years back but I always struggled with the theory and my teacher was so stuck up her A*S about it all it made me so frustrated that I couldn't read the music fast enough because my autism makes it hard to translate the notes and I couldn't continue the way she was teaching me. I just managed to grovel to a grade 3 before throwing in the towel. I've held onto my saxophone and recently bought new reeds and going through a basic music book quietly on my own to try and get back into it at my own pace. And then... I found this and it's the easiest translation of saxophone music I've ever seen! I've actually been pausing to see what the note looks like in the lines after learning what fingers to use... and this reverse way of doing it has totally unlocked it for me! I'm reading notes properly for the first time in years and easier than I did before! You've actually helped me understand the notes in the lines! I cannot thank you enough! I love my saxophone dearly and this has reunited us with a confident vigour! I am truly grateful. You have a long time subscriber and have been looking at your website too. If you ever set up a patreon, by golly! I'll be signing right the F*ck Up! But for now please take my gratitude and knowledge that you have helped stoke the flame in my heart!
