A really great analysis while watching for the first time. It's great that you connected "find me in the future" with Howl's first meeting at the beginning. You noticed everything!
In regards to the nature of Sophie's de-aging, though I think it could be up for interpretation, my view is it's about her finding herself. Becoming confident, standing up for herself and what she believes in, and letting go of her insecurities. While Howl does help inspire it in her, she is the one who eventually has to be the one with the courage to take it into herself. In the end its a beautiful story and to me, contains a truly wonderful and empowering female journey.
Something I absolutely love (and simultaneously hate) about this movie is the ambiguity. From "Where did Markl come from?" To "How does the curse work?"
It’s never specified what Howl was telling Calcifer in the book, but what we know is that Calcifer was afraid of dying. We know that when the stars fall they just fade and die and Calcifer didn’t want to die, so that’s why he struck the bargain with Howl… so when Howl caught him he was probably telling him that

I also love that the end is just Sophie kissing all the adults around 😂😂😂
