Very detailed description. If i get you right, wenn you copy the old emails to new account in thunderbird, this also updates the emails at the new imap hosting server?
Hi, when I added my old email it showed all sub folders ex: inbox, sent, trash ..... However, When i transferred to the new host. I added back the same email and no sub folders showed. Any help!
You were not clear about whether the account setup for the old server connection should be IMAP or POP3 - your display suggested POP3 because other account are flagged IMAP on the video. Should IMAP be used in the first step? I used POP3 and only got the inbox and trash folders
It worked, thanks a million👏
Cheers man
Thank you so much. It's the perfect way to sort out email migration issues. Once again thumbs up
You are welcome, all the best.
