You can swipe left from the home screen and the music option will be there
Yes correct.
I finally figured out how to control music. Once you locate the music app or button on the watch start listening to music on your phone. Swipe up from the bottom of your watch screen and you will see option that says "source" click that and it will let you now select option to use music control.

I have the Amazfit active. It shows on advertisement this watch can control music. I have all permissions authorized in settings. But music control doesnt show up when playiny music and it doesnt seem to connect to any music player including youtube. How do I fix?

My watch says No Music Permission when I try to play a song, how do I link my spotify to the watch?
Give permission to Zepp app, and Zepp app should be connected and running in background in order to play the music.
Question real quick. Can you change songs while a workout is active
yes we can change the songs while workout mode is on.
Thank you didn't know that, but could it be this only works with Xiaomi smartphones, as Amazfit is a Xiaomi company?
It will work with any phone, I am using Oneplus device and it is working well.

Why I cannot control music from safari browser and radio apps ? I only can control Spotify and mp3 songs I have on iPhone !
In Iphone there are some restrictions in controlling the music thats why, however Amazfit is working on making most of the music services available on the Platform.
At first we have to play it on phone na! I mean if we open music app then watch is receiving the music information but not playing it even after pressing the play option. Is this thing with every watch?
Yes we can only control the music in our phone with this watch, unless you have the Amazfit Smartwatch which supports downloading music and playing the music from the watch.

How to start/trigger the music from gts 2mini from iPhone..every time we have to open the music player and select the music after that it can be controlled my watch..is there any way to do it without opening the phone by selecting proffered music player as default?

Pandora unfortunately is not available in our country, as every other music services are supported i guess Pandora will also support.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available in Amazfit Gts 2 Mini.

Once unpair and pair the watch, and make sure both the watch and the Zepp app is updated to the latest version, make sure the Zepp app is running in the background and is.not killed by any task killer app, then it should connect.

Yes in Mi phones, the battery optimization is aggressive so it generally kills the Zepp app in background, you need to lock the app from recent app list, also in battery optimization you have to select no optimization for Zepp app, so that the app runs in the background. You may try with this it will work.
Does it work with youtube music
Yes it works with TH-cam Music also.
Why can't I play music? It's showing that failed to obtain song name. I can't play
Make sure the Zepp app is running on the background and your phone bluetooth is turned on and connected with the watch, then only the song details will be obtained. If issue persists, I will recommend you to unpair and pair the watch once and check.
My gts 2 watch not supporting for music. It is showing that music and radion not supported on this device
It only supports controlling the music from your watch which will be playing on your phone. Music playback from watch is not supported yet
Can we store songs in it
No right now we cannot store songs in it, we can only control music from the watch.
How to download music on smart watch
Right now there is no option to download music on this smart watch, although Amazfit may add it in the future.
Is it same for gts
Yes same.
How about tidal?
Unfortunately Tidal is not supported in my country, my guess is yes as all major music players are supported.

How to connect and control it
@@spicytreatsandbeautytips8475 Just make sure you are connected with the phone via Bluetooth, and once you turn on the music via Jio Saavn just go to music play in the watch, you will be able to control it, in case of issues just unpair and pair the watch again that will resolve the issue.
