      Sure! thats a great question,
A good example of when you would need to use stomp is if you are trying to use a preset to replace a phaser in a cue that does not share the same attributes that are currently in your phaser..
In your workflow, it's always best practice to try use presets that can contain the attribute data you are working with, this way you might find you will only need to use stomp as a last resort.

I was panicking earlier when I couldn’t get a phaser to stop from tracking

I’m having problems understanding why this is a better solution than just updating the cue entirely with the desired position without any phaser. What is especially confusing me is why you only used half the selection in this example (in cue 3). Also, why did you choose "add new content?" I tested this out on my own and achieved the desired result using "original content only."

Hi! Great question! Stomp isn't better, just a different approach to working with your cue and tracking data. Use Stomp to clear lingering values when needed, then when you update - Choosing 'Original Content Only' or 'Add New Content' based on whether you want to change your data from earlier cues or just the current one.

Here I go thinking that I know everything about a stomp, but I had no clue about Add New Content! Thank you, again!
