I feel like I'm beginning to get a sense of our protagonist's "professional strategy" - what I mean is: a general approach to the game that leads to long term development during this arc of his chess career. I'm seeing time being invested into a search for a winning position as the main priority, that being the best way to develop deeper feeling for the game, more instinct for seeing nuanced advantages.
I like these videos for Aman's commentary. It'd be nice to see the eval bar after the game when he goes a bit further. Also... Aman... so slow, haha, finally moving with 5 seconds left cost the game. With that being said, 2800 is no easy feat so I'll just shut it.
Personally I like it without the eval bar. Too much of a crutch, I like to hear Aman's subjective impressions. Or, I should emphasize, *GM* impressions.
