My kids both love all the junk food lol and I'm still going through that but now they're more open minded (: Ethan use to not even try the food I made and one day I was like you have to a least try it and if you don't like it fine but just give it a try (: Most of the time he likes it & other times he like NO WAY 😄 I think just keep offering and changing it up will help 💛

I switched from cows milk to almond milk about a year ago. I didn't like it at first but it grew on me. Now it's all I'll drink lol. My son still prefers cows milk though!
Regulat milk is healthier for kids! Just get organic grass fed. If you dont drink milk for 3 months you will become lactose intolerant. Milk is a great source of protein, fat, sugar, and minerals. Its a great and quick food so very important for kids especially if they are picky

I creeped on your comment to help hehe ..He's 3. Kids are not required to start school till Kinder but some schools have pre-k3 and 4 if you qualify for it. I would recommend a lot of reading to your child as you're home with him. Pinterest has great age appropriate learning ideas as well.

I love your videos! i hope you make a bunch more! your family is beautiful. I watch them for motivation. I can relate to your life so much being a stay at home mom myself. i have to stay away form eggs and milk because my son is severely allergic to those things so I've learned a lot about nutrition since he was born and I just wanted to tell you that Almond milk is not a good substitute for cows milk for your beautiful babies. Soy milk and hemp milk is a far better option. No other nut milk compares to cows milk nutrition wise. Ask you Doctor like I did and they will probably tell you the same. I know it's non of my business what you feed your kids but you said in this video that Almond milk just sounds healthier and I thought so too until my childs allergist and his doctor told me that when I gave my child almond milk instead of soy milk (because he can't drink cows milk or goats milk) I am actually hurting his growth and not giving him the nutrients he needs. Just thought I'd let you know cuz I also thought almond milk sound healthy, but it's not as good as soy or hemp. Thanks for sharing your day! Big fan!

Almond Milk is great! I used to deal with reaaaaally bad acne and mine was hormonal. I ended up going gluten free and also dairy free and drank a green smoothie once a day. Cured it instantly! Also, drank a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water. For my skin I used Tea Tree Oil bar soap from Trader Joe and used ACV as a toner. I used Grapeseed Oil as a moisturizer. I hope some of this helps you out!

My daughter is almost 19 months old. She will just tolerate me to brush her hair but to put anything in it to style it she just pulls it out.
We recently switched to almond milk too! My son and I love it. If you like cashews, you should try cashew milk. It's creamier than almond milk. It makes sense that cows milk can be bad for you. It has all the calories and hormones it needs to turn a baby calf into a huge cow.
